Thank you Paramount for making this day so special and providing a stunning venue. The venue was everything we wanted and it was made event better that the staff was so helpful and worked above and beyond to make us feel comfortable on the day. They even made us a plate of Hors D’oeuvres to make sure we were eating. We had so many compliments on the venue and food! The food was too delicious. Every course hit the spot!

Look no Further! Everything is outstanding: food, value, service, and professionalism. We had a tough time finding a caterer for our mini wedding in October and turning to Paramount was one of the best decisions we made during our event planning. We ordered drop-off catering (hired staffing elsewhere) and had MANY changes before deciding on chicken, salmon, pesto pasta, potatoes, and a seasonal salad. Paramount Events is amazing! Where do I even begin?!.. This was the first vendor I knew we needed for our wedding day. Rachel's quick responses and incredible proposal won me over instantly. We were hoping to offer a variety of food options throughout the night, and no other caterer could compare. Over the months of planning, Paramount Events was extremely open-minded to new requests (thank you Rachel), continued to outdo themselves with the creatively of the menu, and went above and beyond on the wedding day itself. I am still having guests call me about how delicious our food was!

Just Say ‘YES’ to The Lakewood/ Paramount Events
Overall, my husband and I would HIGHLY recommend The Lakewood as a wedding venue and Paramount Events for catering.
We are still talking about our wedding day.… Our guests are still telling us about our wedding day! Not only was The Lakewood the perfect venue for our wedding but everyone was so easy to work with in helping vision come to life. Which was crazy because we planned our big day in only 3 weeks. Yes, you read that correctly… we had 3 weeks to re-plan our wedding because of the hurricanes that swept the Caribbean

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Paramount Events was the most professional vendor we worked with throughout our entire wedding planning process. Our guests are still talking about how delicious dinner was at our wedding. Everyone said they felt like they were dining at a restaurant, rather than an event. Chef Devon worked with us every step… of the way to plan a unique and exciting menu that was just perfect for our winter wedding. Jodi and her staff are the utmost event planners and never to disappoint. I have been to a few Paramount planned events and they were superb. Their new Eden restaurant has to be visited and food eaten because everything on the menu is exquisitely new, fresh and delicious. You have to taste it to believe how the food the chefs prepare can tickle and please the most discriminate palate.
