Take a look at the most recent reviews over the course of the last year or so since the new management group (Internacional) took over. This place has turned into an absolute dump since then. Like previous reviews state. it takes weeks if not months for maintenance issues to be resolved. The plumbing and electrical infrastructure of the buildings is poorly constructed. The new staff in the front office is completely aloof and couldn't care less about resident issues. If you can afford it, its more than worth a few extra hundred dollars a month to live elsewhere.

I would not recommend this place to ANYONE they have a bed bug infestation. At first I thought they were cockroaches but came to find out they were bed bugs after waking up with bites on my arms. I told the staff multiple times and NOT ONCE did they ever get the place exterminated not even acknowledge the fact that there were bed bugs.

This community is stunning!!!! Clean, well maintained and the office staff is top tier. office always makes sure to follow up with us about our experiences, always answers our questions, and is super friendly! NEW maintance staff is amazing !!! The amenities are gorgeous and perfect for hosting friends 😍 I highly recommend the Views to anyone looking for a new home!

I have lived at this apartment complex for over 2 years and it has gone completely down hill. Property is dirty, things like garages and gates go unfixed and mail is constantly stolen from mail boxes! Office staff gives you the run around and provides no peace of mind to its residents. It’s an embarrassment to say I live here. I will not be renewing my lease again.

I loved it here before this year. I’m pregnant and due any day so I cannot move like I want to. It took me months to get my new lease and rent went up without me even being notified 30 days before. They still charged me incorrectly and I was never told beforehand that I’d be paying $100s of dollars for outstanding water! Management was good about notifying years before. My ac condensation line drips outside by my front door and it looks terrible. I have shown maintenance and put information into front office, still nasty looking. I put in a work order, and even had maintenance and new management

The most unprofessional unreliable place that I've ever experienced in my life. However they called me back saying it wouldn't be available for two weeks or more with no definitive date and now they refuse to pay me back my processing fee. I don't care if they keep the application fee but my processing fee should definitely be refunded because I did everything I was supposed to do an applied based on the date that they told me it would be available. Do NOT trust this company at all. They are clueless in every way.

So this dictator of management has towed away a neighbors rental car this morning. They were legally parked in a designated spot. This company doesn't want us to work on our vehicles on property, so those who actually listen to this and have their vehicle taken to a shop, need to then have a rental car. But this crap happens? Alot of folks have been moving out for good reason, they are tired of the new management here. So don't move here folks! Stay clear.

I reached out before I left the review. You aren't offering to fix a situation you created....oh, and I have a neighborhood app now that states the mailboxes get broken into regularly. Twice in the past two months. Does the office notify the residents this was occurring. I never heard anything. You all should really notify the residents there that their mail is being stolen.

Management and personnel are very unprofessional, Nicole and Christina do not know how to speak to residents with respect and understanding when dealing with service repairs.
My daughter had to relocate for 2 weeks at the start of her lease do to the apartment being filthy and an inoperable toilet., which was the first indication that this location was not a good choice, She had to contract her own cleaning service and pay out of pocket, she was reimbursed for the cleaning through deduction in rent but no compensation for the time out of her apartment. Early in her lease

This management is bad news, I would be wary about even applying for an apartment here, we had issues with them not honoring a written agreement. We went to look at the apartment on a Saturday, we were told they could hold the apartment and the rate for 48 hours, I asked for this in writing and was provided a quote print out listing the apartment number, rate as well as an expiration date. We went to the apartments to apply on Sunday only for it to be closed when the business hours clearly stated it was open so we were forced to apply online and pay the application fee in order to make sure the

This place is absolutely terrible. I don't Even live here but my boyfriend does and it has been a nightmare. For me to be writing this review when I'm not the one living here must mean that this place is pretty bad. He moved into an apartment that looked pretty bad but was promised that everything will be fixed and cleaned by move in. Move in comes along and nothing had been fixed and the place was hardly cleaned. Unfortunately the disorganization of the work team in the office and the lack of proper communication between them and maintenance is surprising.
When's we handed the apartment key it still had garbage in the garage, and the make ready was never completed, my air conditioner was having problems, the maintenance supervisor was aware that I work with air conditioners, he sent me to say that I should repair

This apartment complex let their garbage overflow and the grounds are dirty. The quality of the apartment inside is also not good and for the same price you can get a better quality apartment in the neighboring areas. The front desk staff is incompetent and does not respond in a timely manner. When you call them for a service problem, you'd have to call them again to remind them to ensure things are done. I have updated my contact info multiple times and now that I have moved, they still call the incorrect number for final close out of the move.

TERRIBLE property. BAD management. INCOMPETENT front desk people/receptionist. Had a package delivered, went to the office to pick it up because the note said it was in the office. Isabelle went looking for the package, came back and said it was not there. Rechecked amazon, it said it was handed directly to a receptionist so i called and had her check again, this time she found it! only it's too late because i needed it when i went to pick it up.
Also, don't expect a response on maintenance calls or for an apartment to be ready within the time period they tell you. WORST COMPLEX EVER

I went and seen the model apartment it was fantastic!
I was set to move in 8/30/18 I went to get my keys and everything they tell me my apartment isn't ready, keep in mind my previous lease was up this day so I had no where to go, they provided me with a hotel for the night & bought my boyfriend and I a pizza. I go back 8/31/18 and they tell me it is ready I get the keys to realize there are multiple issues with the apartment (I have a list of over 20 items) including the shower being completely YELLOW! (I had to scrub it with bleach just to shower

My husband and I have lived here for almost two years and will not be resigning. Our A.C has gone out over 6 times since we've been here and each time instead of properly fixing it they just keep adding Freon. Now after two nights of no A.C in out apartment the front desk has told me that they have other work orders ahead of our "small" issue... I don't think no A,C is a small issue considering we live in Texas.

I've heard stories of past experiences with past management. Despite that the new staff especially Pie and Yassey are professional, personable, and knowledgeable. The site is neat and the constant upgrades are evident. Conveniently located for food, shopping, sports, and fun. I feel safe and at home here.
