If there is one thing that Southport, NC can't get enough of, it's our amazing and authentic New York-style pizza. Our owner, Kenny, learned everything there is to know about New York-style, Sicilian pizza from a Sicilian chef himself while training in New York City! Now, it's our turn to share that famous New York slice with our customers.
We welcome you to dine inside with us! It is wonderful to hear the chatter around the tables again! We also have outside seating that we serve "picnic" style." Or we offer takeout food and delivery. We come here a lot - normally good food, good price and good service. We went today, only one other person in restaurant and it took 35 mins to get 2 subs. The Italian was ordered hot and it came out cold but didn’t want to send it back fearing another 10 mins. The fries are normally amazing, today they were way over cooked and cold - we will try again since we are local and hopefully it was just a blip…

So I read the reviews and there were some 5s and some 1s...the 1s said the pizza tasted like cardboard and the 5s said it was authentic Italian. The cardboard was more accurate. The crust is AWFUL...and mostly because you pay $20+ for a small pizza. Honestly the owners should be really ashamed of charging that amount for the pizza they are selling. However, the Caesar salad was really good and the garlic knots were decent. I really was hoping the 5 stars were accurate but they are not. I hate it because the staff was friendly and it smelled great...maybe pizzas aren't their specialty so I

Called to order since the pizza options sounded good. My fiancé has an auto-immune disease and can't have gluten. Asked for gluten free options and they responded with a laugh and "there's no such thing". There was no effort or respect at all put in to the response trying to make sure a potential customer could enjoy their food. I understand it's not common, but any place that actually wants business has never responded to me like that when I ask.

We heard that Bambini's was the best pizza place in Southport offering NY style pizza, so I gave it a try.
Unfortunately, a huge disappointment. This is not NY style pizza, but, more like a frozen pizza you would buy at a grocery store. It just didn't have that nice crispy slightly burnt crust. Just a well round, probably machine made, dough base and tasted like cardboard. Sorry, I don't mean to be mean, just telling the truth.
The bottom line, besides Joseph's, there are no good restaurants in Southport.
Also, no masks we're worn by the employees. Not a smart move

Had them delivered right to my door in under the time they quoted. The price for all this minus the coffee was $46 and I didn’t get the post wings sleeps you’d expect from others. Not a once of grease found on the wings and no pooling from the cheese in the Stromboli. Very impressed with the quality and flavor from deliver. The fries were a little soft due to the humidity but that doesn’t warrant a deduction. Great job fellas! Can’t wait for my next family lunch-in!

Bambinis pizzeria is not only the best around but the owners and employees are the most caring people I've ever met !!! Before people write a review about masks they need to read the governors order entirely!!!! Definitely will not be disappointed in anything you get deff give this little family owned pizzeria a shot !!!!

I have always loved this restaurant and have frequently given them glowing recommendations on Facebook. Tonight I went there to pick up a pizza (one of the best around) and they had multiple signs requesting that people wear masks. Unfortunately not one person behind the counter or in the kitchen was wearing one. We will not be going back there and would recommend that others follow my lead. That is very dangerous and discourteous to your patrons.

Once again our go to pizzeria has met our gastric desires of producing a Mediterranean perfection. Trust me, this family has tried all the area pizzerias and this is the place for the "what's for dinner cause I dont feel like cooking tonight " ,as well as that special evening for two. The ingredients are fresh, (I tried the "taco" pizza and the jalapeno peppers hurt!), the staff lives by the golden rule, (we've dined in dressed up and casual just to see), and the price points are very fair. Ya'll give 'em a try. Today we did a care out of two 16" pizzas

Had the Antipasto, really good and tasted very fresh. Entree was Margarita Pizza. Love the slight oily cheese and sauce. All other meals around us looked really good.
Only complaint, was a rather low toned hum coming from a piece of equipment. A bit annoying, but the food was great. We will be back.

Oh man, such good pizza!! We got a large Madison Avenue Meat Lovers pizza, plus two individual slices of pepperoni pizza, and it was spectacular. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean. The Madison had large chunks of meatballs and plenty of other meats including sausage, pepperoni, ham, and beef. A+++ pizza.

We love Bambini's! Absolutely our favorite pizza in the area. Their pastas are also wonderful, with baked ziti and penne alla vodka being our favorites. The cheesesteak, fries, spaghetti, garlic bread with cheese, and wings are all great choices, as well. So glad we found them as we've struggled a little with the pizza choices on the island. Bambini's matches our personal preferences perfectly.

Nice small Italian pizzeria, with great service. Had the fried calamari, this was a nice light breaded, tasty appetizer. Then had the Ellis Island pizza. It has everything available. We actually had them hold the spinach and anchovies off it. Crust is nice, crunchy and the ingredients are evenly distributed through the pizza. Not over priced and with the fast friendly service, you can see how this is a family business.
