Our staff is the greatest! When you come into the office you are meet by Kay with the biggest smile and she is ready to help you with anything. Our maintenance, Robert and Brett work so hard to keep everything running smoothly. I have lived here 5 yrs. and love it. Katlyn, our community director, hasn't been here but a few months has really done a great job!!!

I have lived at The Pointe Cabot for 20 months now and recommend it if you need an apartment home. The units are very modern, the grounds are beautiful, it is a safe area and the office staff are amazing. K'Andra, our Asst Community Director, is always cheerful and pleasant and helps me with any need that arises. The maintenance team are quick to make repairs or address issues. This is a great place to live!

I love living at The Pointe in Cabot. It’s like living in a resort! It’s totally maintenance free for aging baby boomers like me. It’s by far the nicest rental community in Cabot! It’s beautiful, is gated, has a pool & hot tub, plus a small gym & nice clubhouse. Sally Ederington is the leasing agent who is so good at her job we seldom have a vacancy. She’s very friendly & engaging, she’s a great communicator, she’s kind, compassionate & humorous.

We have been living at The Pointe for nearly two years now and we are about to re-sign our lease for the third time. We live in a 3bd 3ba which is more like a house than an apartment. Very spacious for my family of 4. I also love that we are given the option to rent a garage, which we do, for added storage (on top of the closet on our patio).
We have always felt extremely safe in our community to the point that I will jog around the complex with my ear buds in at any time of morning/afternoon. And I am even training for my first 5k in our gym here, which I absolutely love.

This place is fantastic! I love it here! All the girls in the office and the maintenance guys are always above as beyond.
I'd remiss if I didn't mention, we moved here because of Sally. She was the initial draw, since then we have stayed both because of her and because of how truly awesome everyone is.
If you're looking for a new home, this is it!

Do not consider this complex if you can't get a top floor apartment. I repeat, don't rent here unless you can get a top floor apartment. You can hear ever single sound if you have an apartment above you. If you home office and they are vacuuming, people you are on the phone with will hear your upstairs neighbor. If your upstairs neighbor is inconsiderate enough to play some stupid game where they run or dance on the floor, well you might as well invite them on in because you are going to hear ever single sound. It is shoddy construction when you can hear the water running, toilets flushing

Do not move in these apartments! I repeat do not live in these apartments. I think everyone around me moved exactly when our leases were up because they overcharged for rent on an apartment that looked good but was a horrible place to live in.
First the dishwasher never cleaned the dishes and took hours to cycle and the toilets never flushed right. Then the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors talk and there is no insulation. If your on the bottom floor they charge you more for what? To hear your upstairs neighbor walk or do anything. They say these apartments are luxury but there nothing
