It's in a great location but it's very dated and the staff can be either fire breathing dragons or just eh people. They aren't really great about Communications either, especially when it comes to pest control. You do have the freedom to modify things in the apartment like paint color and other little upgrades so that's nice.

I have loved this place since the day I moved in! My apartment is unique and modern plus there is a fitness center and patio hang out area. The building is in a great location too. Many times I go days with out driving anywhere. I just walk to restaurants, etc near Block 2. Highly Recommend!

I have lived here for almost 3 years now. In the heart of downtown Little Rock and I LOVE it! I can walk to so many local shops and restaurants. An industrial feel apartment with wall to wall windows. Block 2 also offers a fitness center and awesome rooftop patio! I highly recommend living here if you're interested in living downtown!

All I have to say about this place is WOW...in a great way of course. I knew I was sold on this place right after having the pleasure to meet Courtney and Leslie. I was nervous moving from Dallas, TX but they made everything absolutely seamless and they truly made me feel at home. The application process? Seamless. Signing of the lease? Seamless. The move-in process? Definitely seamless. Everything is literally blocks away from these lofts. You are around EVERYTHING. I cannot thank Block 2 enough and I'm pumped to enjoy these next 12 months! P.S. - Block 2 is pet friendly...there are dogs running
