Argenta Flats

Lived here for two years and I loved it! I felt safe, like I had a community, and was close to everything. The apartment staff is really nice and maintenance is very responsive as well. I highly recommend Argenta Flats as place to live.

The staff at Argenta Flats is AMAZING! We have several furnished apartments through Arkansas Suites and are always on top of taking care of our guests. They are kind, knowledgeable, and caring. The community is also in a great location near some amazing restaurants. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I would have lived in Argenta Flats forever because of Hannah the property manager. She has always been great at solving issues for me and even after I am no longer a resident shes been super helpful. I really hate dealing with leasing agents but Hannah is a rockstar!!!!

This place seemed very nice & I was excited to visit it. However, when I arrived the leasing agent, Adrianna, did not take me to view the model. I was touring with Apartment Hunters so she gave the master key to the woman I was touring with to show me. It felt very unprofessional and I felt like I was interrupting her day. Afterwards she barely spoke to me and gave me a pamphlet. I was excited to see this place and potentially rent, but lack of customer service really left a lot to be desired. If this is how they treat potential renters, I worry how they would’ve responded to tenant needs/maintenance

These seem really nice. Such a shame that the leasing consultant, Adrianna, seemed as though I was interrupting her day with my scheduled appointment to tour. Would’ve like to have seen more than the model apartment but was given the excuse that the others “weren’t clean” after she had said there were several available. Over all really put off with her attitude and lack of enthusiasm. Won’t even try to rent here. Don’t attempt to rent if you want to be treated like a burden.

Reading these reviews for these apartments brings the wrong attention I wish people would express the good things as well instead of pure negativity. Well let me be the first to say I honestly had a great experience with Adrianna she has worked with me from the beginning to the end of my lease. She is always consistent and happy to help anyone that walks in the door including me! Never seen a frown on her face and has always had an helpful attitude. Unfortunately had to end my lease term early to move back home but she encouraged me to keep in touch. If I ever had to move back to Arkansas I would

I’m so sad that we have to move from this place. I loved our apartment, it can be a bit busy at times with the buses and fire station alarms but that is what you get when living in the city. The ladies, Vicky and Adriana in the front office are always very friendly and sweet, along with Joseph our maintenance man. I have enjoyed the wine down hour on Friday’s and spent most of the summer in the pool or bbq something on the grills they have. We received a discount on the base rent due to my husband being employed with UAPB and honestly even with out a discount this place is so affordable and

Great apartments... brand new. Great location if your are walking to North Little rock's downtown entertainment district. Rent is a little high but expected. Too bad its so near the crappiest part of North Little Rock. Usually see nefarious charters walking by and around. I would never live here with school age children.

Beautiful apartments, Amber and management have always been extremely helpful and pleasant.
3 stars are purely for security reasons.
My wife had her car stolen from the parking lot.
Last night my truck was also broken in to (front windows smashed) unfortunately the surrounding area isn't quite as desirable and the security Offered to residents is minimal.
If this wasn't a constant worry these apartments would receive 5 stars.
