This place is one of the worse places I have ever lived at. The only thing that makes it slightly livable is the floor plan. Besides that the management isn't that great because they only have 2 people they overwork. The maintenance team also is terrible and doesn't know how to properly fix anything. Everything is rigged up including appliances in the apartments. The apartments are very out dated and everything they use is of cheap quality especially the carpets. I currently still live here and can't wait for my lease to be up to move out of this place. Half the time the 2 elevators aren't working

Make sure you have USA income tax to show proof of income otherwise you’ll lose $150 on application fee.
I guess this approach is taken only in Arkansas? Any other state I can show bank statements and rent no problem. I guess if you are from another country and just visiting Natural State you can’t rent an apartment? What if you have millions of dollars in your bank ? Mind boggling

The location is great. Walking distance to Argenta, Downtown LR, Dickey Stephens and Simmons Arena, but horribly ran. One year lease here was plenty. Tons of popup fees were added upon move out. A $1,000 pet fee tacked on to replace the dusty, cheap carpet that was "ruined". Security was an issue. My roommate and I both had many occasions where our safety was not a consideration of the managers at this apartment complex. People living in the parking garage for weeks at a time. The stairs smelled like urine because no one would clean them. A debt collector called my friends after moving out informing

The worst place to live. There was always something going wrong and it was very unprofessional how things were handled. The girls on the phone were friendly but would not return calls for days/weeks. I put in a service request and didn’t get it fixed for almost a month even after calling 10 times. In the meantime I had to pay almost a 250 bill two months in a row because they didn’t think my problem was urgent. They don’t make anything simple and everything is a process. I will tell anyone I talk to how horrible of an experience I had here.

Metropolitan apartments is a great place to live. It's close to the downtown area of both cities. The apartments are very spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Overall if you're looking for convenience to the heart of both cities you've found a prime location.

The management is very unprofessional. I tried to break my least due to the walls being so thin, elevators always breaking down, and management so rude and unprofessional specifically Jasmine and Tasha. I tried to break my lease and Jasmine sabotage me getting the place i really wanted because it was “messing with her commission”. I only found out that information through my new leasing agent here in Alexander. BEWARE when renting here.. you will see more people leaving rather than moving in. it’s rated a 3.6 for a reason. I figure since i never got a heads up before moving in someone else

Never fill out a rental application or even start one. I was a victim of identity theft because of their insecure application. I never signed it, as I decided to make other plans, but someone did for me, and they've been pursuing me for a fee that I should not owe. This place is a scam! I would give negative stars if I could. This place destroys lives and should be shut down immediately.
