Thurston Personal Training is a great place to start, maintain and advance your fitness level. They have professional trainers that you can work with one on one or in a small, personalized group. When I first started looking for a place to go I was unsure, nervous and did not have a lot of confidence. As an "older" women going through body changes I felt my "fitness" level was on the embarrassing side. I was struggling to lose weight and had become uncomfortable in my own body. I have been a member of Thurston Personal Training for 6 1/2 years now and they are like family to me. I have trained with Seth Thurston, Aaron Kint, Stephen Thompson and now currently with Jake (Jacob) Freeman. When I started, I was 63 years old and never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be still doing this. My main goal is more to keep my muscles intake and strong. My current trainer, Jake, pushes me beyond my limit, but he knows I am capable of doing it. He is very attuned to your body needs, and knows when you just need to stretch and take it easy. I highly recommend them to anyone

It was really hard in the beginning and I almost didn’t want to come but then the second week was amazing and I feel amazing, stronger like I’m unstoppable.
The trainers push and motivate me more than I could do on my own. The Trainers are very knowledgable, friendly and know exactly how to customize the workout for my body type.
Im less than 8 weeks I feel tighter, stronger and have lost 1.5 inches in my waste and my legs and thigh are 1/2 in thighs.
I’m back to where I was 10 years ago!!
I don’t feel tired anymore, I feel energized, I wake up in the morning feeling ready to take on

I came here because I wanted to build muscle and get in shape but I have serious neck issues. So if I’m not careful it could paralyze me for the rest of my life so I didn’t want to do it alone. I knew I needed a higher caliber personal trainer then at traditional gyms.

Thurston Personal Training has completely changed my life! I started because I wanted to lose weight, build lean muscle and feel better. The results surprised me... The personal training program is so comprehensive they included things I didn’t realize I needed until I needed them! From tracking your results with 3D Technology, 1 on 1 Training, Customized Meal Plan, (Food delivery if I didn’t want to cook), Assisted Stretching to help your body recover with their Infrared Sauna and Compression Therapy (my favorite part).
It’s an amazing experience and the results are exceeding my expectations I don’t know how I could ever do this on my own.

I've worked with Seth over the years on more than one occasion, each time I've experienced tremendous results in weight loss, strength gain and flexibility. Seth has a unique skill set in that he is able to identify the amount of food you need right off the bat, and you get actual color coded diet plan documentation. The diet plan is easy to follow, flexible and has quite a bit of variety in it.
Seth continues to deliver value with weekly video check-in calls. In these calls he is able to demonstrate new exercises I can incorporate into my workout routine, whilst providing a visual demonstration

I started working out with Bri in April, and my schedule was crazy, she was very flexible and worked with me. By May I had a consistent schedule working out three days a week. I connected with Bri immidiately, she listens, she is very passionate about fitness and helping her clients meet their goals. Bri does a great job providing variety - because… I get bored very easy. I do not think I have never done the same thing twice, I love that I never know what to expect and that she pushes me (because I wouldn't). I have done some things I didn't think I could- like a higher weight, more reps

I love Thurston's Personal Training! I started one year ago taking group training from two of the best trainers I've ever had, Stephen Thompson and Aaron Kint. I'm 53 and have a bad knee. My knee is stronger thanks to their paitience and exercises. I can do so much more than I could when I started. Their nutritional advice/meal plans are easy to… follow. They make the sessions fun with their awesome personalities and sense of humor. My husband started over the summer and likes Thurston's a lot. My 16 year old daughter began personal training sessions with Brianna Holm one year ago as well

We have had Seth as our trainer since August 2012. During that time we have seen a huge change in our energy level and overall conditioning. Seth gears the training program to fit your needs. I am in my early 60's and can't remember being in the shape I am now. We both highly recommend Seth as a trainer.
