El Prado

Melissa is such a kind and considerate person. She really goes above and beyond to make sure you're having a fabulous stay. The property is always maintained to the point all season. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly. El Prado is best location, by foothill express and close to el camino for quite reasonable price. Mornings are quiet with balconies lit by sunshine. Great schools and local los Altos downtown is 15 mins by walk. If you're looking for peaceful living in the peninsula, this is your spot.

This is a great place to live, we are all very happy here. Great school near by, great location, very safe neighborhood, big living room and the best manager Melissa who is always there for us. She reacts quickly and maintenance is very good, they resolved all our issues in last two years.

We love Melissa and how caring and thoughtful she is regarding our needs!! She has a wonderful spirit, and always makes us feel welcome to visit visit and talk with her. The complex is well maintained and taken care of. The apartments are spacious and have quality cabinetry and appliances. The rent went up quite a bit after a year, which is why it is getting 4 stars.

Melissa, the property manager of El Prado Apartments in Los Altos has been helpful and professional from the beginning of our whole process moving in. She's very customer oriented and very professional representing the company. This makes living here more pleasant and friendly. She cares to make the residents here happy and satisfied. I'm so happy and glad that she is the property manager here spreading joy and light. Thank you!

I've been living here for almost a year and I'm a fan of this apartment complex.

Melissa, the on-site property manager is a rock star. She's attentive, responsive and caring. One day as I was doing my washing, she walks into the laundry room and checks every dryer lint trap to make sure they were clean and ready for the next person. I got the impression its something she does every day. It's a small example yet it exemplifies her attention to detail and the care she shows for the residents and the property.

My family has been staying here for over two years and we love this place. This is one of the best apartments to live in with reasonable rate and best location. Very quiet and the swimming pool is very clean, my son swims a lot during sumer. The manager Melissa is very professional, responsible and attentive, she tends to all our needs in a timely manner.

Rented an apartment here for a year. The manager is really nice and helpful with a lot of stuff. Nice neighborhood, pretty close to Downtown Los Altos. Has 40 and 52 bus stops nearby for easy transit. The apartment has pool, laundry room,etc. It's a peaceful community. Never had any problems or issues.

Had a great year here at El Prado and will definitely miss it. The manager, Melissa, is very caring and attentive. She is always there and easy to contact when help is needed and always get her job done perfectly.

This is a really old apartment that doesn't have in unit laundry and has only three washers and dryers for the entire complex. This doesn't have a gym either. The walls are really thin. The rent is also increased year on year.

El Prado Apartments are a nice complex to live in, and the on-site property manager is responsive and pleasant. After three and a half years in the complex, however, the management company had hiked prices so high that many people had to move out--including us. It ceased to be affordable or a justifiable value, particularly given challenges like so few washers and dryers shared by so many. We were ultimately able to find a better value elsewhere--only a few blocks away. El Prado is a nice complex, but they need to lower their prices, even in this expensive 2017 market.

El Prado is a perfect nice place, Awesome property manager, extremely helpful and caring, they are so quick on response and accommodation, by far this is the best landlord we ever had or heard about, highly recommended.

This rating is for the gardeners. We have lived here for four years now and find it a perfectly nice place to live. However, having said that, the ground keeping staff are the laziest bunch you have ever come across. We have a grass garden that should be mowed and blowed properly every week but they make a token blow pass taking as little care and time as possible.

The pool here is great and heated from May to late October, plus it's in the best school district in California. The custodian is easy to reach and always takes great care in sorting out any problems that might arise. So 5 stars
