We conduct thorough inspections at move-in and at move-out. We also conduct mid-term inspections if so chosen by the property owner. Inspections are done by our own maintenance division and there is a detailed electronic report with detailed pictures and descriptions. We carefully and systematically monitor on time payments using electronic tools.
In case of delinquencies we immediately engage with tenants to work to resolve payment issues quickly. Our Care team is continuously engaged with the tenants, answers questions and provides advice. This includes reminding tenants of lease rules and managing enforcement if necessary. Each of our customers has direct email and cell phone access to our management team and the company owner.

Services
We don't treat out clients like just another number. It's important that our property owners understand they will always be able to reach us when needed. Keeping our clients happy and profitable is our utmost priority. By focusing on delivering results and being responsive, we keep our clients satisfied and informed.
You can always reach me on cell if you have an issue or a question. You don't get this level of attention and focus from the big chains. I screen every tenant personally and I get your approval before I place a tenant in your house. Others don't do that. We help experienced and inexperienced owners make the right decisions, get the maximum potential out of your property, and we always stand behind our service.
RentLucky operates in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Act, as well as all state and local fair housing and civil rights laws. We do not discriminate against any person based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sex, familial status, handicap, disability, veteran status, or any other basis protected by applicable state or local laws.
If you have an HOA, please be sure to forward ALL necessary information to us, including Rules and Regulations, Tenant Info Sheet, etc. We do our best to assure that all utilities are switched over into the tenant's name once they have moved in. In order to expedite this, please provide us with ALL utility companies and their phone numbers:.
A. Because we provide the highest, personal level of service at a very reasonable price. The most important part of property management is finding the best tenant for you. Our entire screening process it conducted in person by Patrick, our owner, and CEO. Once we have the best possible tenant, our experienced staff handle every step along the way.

Rented a place a while back & after having moved there, there was no hot water or heat in the winter. Spent days before anyone came to look at the heat/hot water issues. There was no urgency to remedy these issues whatsoever. WA state law requires basic things for tenants, such as heat and hot water. Several days after someone showed up to supposedly fix the hot water, it lasted only a few hours. We had to spend days without a shower and a family member caught pneumonia from the conditions. I pleaded again to get someone to fix these critical issues and the owner said I needed to "relax

Finding a reputable property management company is truly one of the hardest things to do. I've had experiences with good and bad ones for years. So, by sure luck this company crossed paths with me and my property and to me, I was truly lucky.
I am currently transitioning my property to sale, so I will no longer be using their service for the time being, but let me say that when I have a future property needing management, they will be the first company I call. The management team, starting with the owner was outstanding and refreshing. The service and professionalism has been impeccable. Highly

As a home owner, I am satisfied with RentLucky service. They are doing a good job helping me find the right tenants and help deal with the details in renting. They also recommend good handyman for the daily chores. Their service worth the dollars, highly recommanded.

We have used Rent Lucky to rent our home out for the last two years. They have been professional to deal with in every scenario. When the winds blew our fence down, they had a reasonably priced carpenter go and fix it. When tenants broke the lease early in need of returning to their home town, they made sure that all of the fees were paid. They have done a good job at screening tenants, securing people who will not miss payments. I'm happy to recommend Rent Lucky to anyone looking for a management service.

**Update 10/10 - Responding to the owners comment. Please see attached a screenshot of an email conversation with Rob who signs his emails CEO. More disturbed now knowing I was having a conversation with someone pretending to be the CEO. Also, still getting 'charged' rent and email notices sent saying I owe $37,000. They switched systems and I was told this would go away and not to worry about it. We moved out 9 months ago, hopefully it will end soon? Also, please do your due diligence and check out Google reviews too. Coincidently they have TEN - 5 star reviews that were submitted exactly

Pretty mixed experience up until the end. The place we rented wasn't the best maintained (overgrown yard, burnt out light bulbs on move in, items from previous tenants still in the property). That was fine, and they were welcoming/accepting of us having a pet, and were understanding in showing the place in a limited capacity with Covid.
However, for the deposit they then took money out for the burnt out light bulbs, as well as for $180 for repainting damage that was there when we moved in.
This could have been a small oversight and corrected (their own report showed the same remarks/photos for

Awful rental company, worst I've dealt with in my adult life. They're extremely demanding, rude, and will only talk to you if it's about recouping rent. Good luck getting repair service, black mold acknowledgement, or replacement keys if you accidentally get locked out. They do not care, you are just a paycheck to them.
Also I noticed there's tons of reviews recently speaking their praise, in direct contradiction with my experience and others like me.

Extremely pleased with our entire experience. Move in was a breeze with the online showing. Maintenance took care of the only problem we had in a timely manner. Our owner never raised the rent in two years living there (Thank you!!) And move out was easy too. They understood how stressed we were to have the house in a state of upheaval during move out and they were very respectful of our time and belongings while walking potential tenants through the home. No crazy fees on the move out report... They were very fair. We bought a house in Florida so they were our last experience renting. We are so

My opinion: Condescending and immoral. Don't know how they sleep at night. I lived without working appliances for 6 months. Had an infestation of ants for 4 months. We moved in with gum in the carpets, a microwave without a door and stains everywhere. Plus the paint was two tone and unfinished. Part of this was the owners, who would send their friend to do repairs and he'd come at 7pm and wake the baby and not fix anything! Then they'd send this older man who would take weeks to order a part and then when he finally came after additional weeks he realized he didn't know how

She made a new account to hide her bad reviews. Pretty funny. Bad people like to hide behind the truth. Nothing funny about kassandra making people feel beneath her. Especially being "Another low income family". For those people who happen to find the older account on yelp of reviews. I posted a picture of an email she once sent to me. Belittling low income families. (Hint: This lady is rude asf). MONEY HUNGRY THATS ALL RENT LUCKY IS.

EDIT ***UPDATE*** The day after writing my review I got a call from RentLucky. I was told the owner of the house was MIA and that was the reason for the delay. Because of the delay they offered me a refund for the $80 for the application fee. I do appreciate them reaching out to me via phone to let me know what happen.
I would give a 5 star review except it is frustrating not to be able to call into their office to get a live person on the phone. When you call it goes right to VM, and must wait for someone to call you back or email.

We are in our 8th month renting a home via Rent Lucky. So far, everything has been fantastic. The application process was creative and personal. Their inventory of homes were top shelf. We found a great spot at a fair price point. Best of all, the customer service we have received has been solid.
The staff have been very responsive to our emails and phone calls. Maintenance requests--made via their online portal--have gone very smooth as well. Once you submit a request, a confirmation email arrives within an hour and a phone call (with specifics info regarding the vendor et al) is usually received

I will have to agree with Mrs. A, and Lani. I will expect a nasty reply from Kassandra because that's how she deals with issues, by yelling, and attempting to intimidate her clients and sending nasty emails to get her way. She allows her staff to send deceitful emails and then says " it doesn't matter what the email says, They are not the boss"! That comment shows she has no respect, and when she requested a face to face meeting over an issue and realized that we brought copies of all our correspondences, she attempted to grab them out of my husbands hands.
