Haven Peop Mgmt is built on courteous professionals with clean, well cared for homes & an eye for clear in-depth advertising. I was lucky to be able to view current pics & videos and correctly picture the entire home inside my head. Then I was also alble& able to be secure in trusting my roommate that I would really like it since I had kinda already seeun for myself.

I saw a home available for rent by Haven Property Management. After contacting them through the app a Trulia, the rental agent told me I needed to apply using the online application first. He said this was so I can be put in queue to view the home. He said there were other candidates as well.
I went through the application, but this was a $40 background check. I told him I didn’t want to pay just to view the home, and that didn’t feel right. I said if many others were interested as well, it’s not ok to charge $40 for a background to all.
You should be able to view the unit before the background

Property Management. James has been our manager for the past three years. He has been responsive, helpful, and quick to address issues. I have heard so many nightmares about renting a house, but if there was any sign of trouble or concern at all, James was quick to address it... allowing us to rent our home with knowledge of what was happening, but with the assurance that it was being handled. I've been working with Tyler as a homeowner renting out my house and I couldn't be happier. He is always very quick to respond, professional, and overall a pleasure to work with. This was my first time renting my home and he was wonderful about explaining the process and assisting throughout.

Haven property management has managed my families rental property for over the last 3 years. The company itself is well ran, professional and has quality employees. James and Dustin have been the 2 we’ve worked closely with and they have both been great to work with. They always have our best interest in mind and give honest opinions not to mention their response time is impeccable. They made they process easy and seamless.
