We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
We strive to make sure you stay informed and have the tools you need to protect yourself and your belongings. A great renters insurance policy will do just that and is a requirement to live at our community. Covers you for damages related to water, fire, smoke & explosion (Not All Carriers cover these!).

Don’t waste your time. Filled out an app. I have good credit. Make well over the 3x income they need and was judged for my application and they said I had 8 homes in the past 8 years which is untrue and even if it was I don’t see why that would be an issue. I highly recommend checking out the reviews for this place before you waste money on the application. Bugs, noise, parking etc. felt like I was begging for them to approve my application when I was well over qualified. I can easily rent elsewhere without being judged and discriminated against. The current management Bell Partners is the worst the staff at the apartment is absolutely useless. The maintain upkeep is poor. Response to maintenance issues is Basel’s non existent. The owner of the property should sales due to the lack of interest in keeping the complex safe. I you have another option DONT RENT HERE I RATE IT A ZERO

THEY ARE RUDE , ADV RENT OFFICE I CAN GIVE MY MANAGERS DIRECT NUMBER BECAUSE WE WORK FROM HOME AND THEY NO LONGER HAVE A OFFICE NUMBER, THEY HUNG UP AND I CALLED BCK THE LADY FROM THE OFFICE HAD A NASTY ATTITUDE & THEN CALLED BCK AND SAID SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY CHECK STUBS AND SSN ! THEY ARE THE WORST , IDK WHY I EVEN BOTHERED AFTER MY STEP MOM HAD TO MOVE FROM THEM BECAUSE THEYRE Maintenance TEAM IS NO GOOD ‼️‼️‼️

It has been nothing but a headache staying here. I'm not one to complain but I CAN NOT keep quite any longer. Only been out here for almost 6 months and have had to put in multiple maintenance request each month. For what i pay each month i should have little to no issues at all. Either they need to reduce prices or do better so residents don't have all these appliance and plumbing issues. Please if your considering moving out here move somewhere else. its not worth the headache.

Don't move here if you like privacy and a management team that knows what they're doing. Maintenance is in your apartment at least once a month and they can't get the gates figured out so sometimes you just can't get in to your apartment. If you're OK with threatening emails from the management team and having a hard time accessing your own home, this is the place for you. It's NOT WORTH the MONEY!

We have been a part of the Millennium Apartment Homes community since 2009. There are many reasons for being a part of this community, however we cannot say enough of the consistent performance of the Maintenance Team of Jay, Anthony and Cliff. This team are one of the important reasons for continuing to choose this apartment community in which to reside. Last year our washer/dryer combination needed to be changed and like clockwork, the team answered the call, completed the work in the most professional manner, extremely timely as to respect our schedule that day, instructed us on the proper use

I loved living at the community. During this pandemic it was really hard to find such caring personnel that took a moment to understand the challenges everyone faced. Words aren’t enough for just how kind Lakin, the assistant manager, was. She is what every property needs! She’s knowledgeable, kind, informative and an overall genuine person. Her experience alone made me have a positive living experience. The maintenance guys are also super friendly and helpful as well! Great community with great employees.
