The Lofts is a great place to live. We especially like the way the property is maintained. The exercise room has professional grade equipment and it is open 24/7. The kitchen, with FREE coffee, is a great place to meet people and to celebrate birthdays. Morgan, Rosario, and Trevor are always helpful.

The Lofts at Seacrest Beach is an amazing place to reside. They are very clean, well maintained, and well managed. Management is immediately receptive to any requests or concerns brought up by their tenants. There is a wonderful entertainment area outside, featuring a beautiful pool, fire pit and television area for the big games. It is very convenient to all of 30A as well.

Absolutely love it here. The apartments are beautiful both inside and out. Great amenities, including a coffee bar and an opened club house, right next to the pool, with various scheduled get-together, mixers. The staff is extremely responsive and very friendly. It is a family atmosphere with awesome residents including the pets! Short beautiful walk to the beach. Lots of walking trails and nearby shops/restaurants to enjoy. The apartments are not located right in the middle of the tourist hives, but on the side, so you can slip in and out easily during the heightened tourist seasons and enjoy

I can not say enough about The Lofts at Seacrest. I have been there almost two years. I absolutely LOVE it! The staff is amazing and the property is spotless! I moved from Atlanta, Georgia into the Lofts August 22, 2018. From the very beginning the staff has been more than accommodating and friendly. I needed to move my studio into a garage before my move in date and they were happy to make that available for me. This is among many personal touches to make my life easier.

Spending $300 for an application on an apartment that isn't even available as advertised on their website is ABSURD and is THEFT.
You will NOT get phone calls answered, emails returned or be able speak with the manager when… going into the office. I have made numerous attempts of emailing, calling both the apartments office and corporate office, and have walked into the building three times. I was able to catch Collin (the manager) one time in person and he assured

We love living here! The apartments are beautiful and modern, especially kitchens and bathrooms. The apartments are also super quiet. Front office management is very friendly and helpful, and our experience with the maintenance gentleman was great. The buildings are beautiful and tasteful, and the gym has been very nice to use. Highly recommend this place!!

My wife and I were the very first people to ever move into the apartments. We love living here and do not regret for a second that this is our choice for our home. By FAR the nicest apartments in the area. The pricing is fair in my opinion and the staff is fantastic. There have been two previous owners here and the new owners are fantastic and the staff is very attentive to our needs. The units are beautiful and the amenities are very nice.
As for the negative reviews I am sorry, but someone who doesn't live here leaving a 3 star review because of it being difficult to walk your dog is just unreal
