Our CrossFit classes embody the CrossFit methodology defined as constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity. The workout of the day or WOD as its commonly known as runs at various times throughout the day, and you can expect to see anything from gymnastics to Olympic weightlifting, to monostructural components like running, rowing, or riding.
A big part of gaining strength is also gaining flexibility. Our yogility classes are a fusion of yoga and mobility offered to de-stress and meditate while finding direction both on and off the mat. We like to think of yoga as the yin to our CrossFit yang. If you feel like you need more balance in your life, then yogility is the perfect class for you.

We are not just a fitness program. At Terrain Fitness we are a vehicle for life change. Anyone that has been a member at Terrain Fitness for more than a few months can testify to the unique environment that is fostered by our coaching staff and our community. This place has become a "third place" for many of our members outside of the work and home life.

Got a great workout in! Facility is clean and conveniently right off Rout 23. The gym is clean, with great amenities such as large bathrooms and showers, towel service, etc.

Terrain Fitness is an incredibly warm and welcoming place. Owners Rachel and Rodney, along with the rest of the coaching staff, provide excellent explanations of the different movements and are so helpful in deciding the best modifications/scaling for the days workout. The programming allows each athlete to improve strength and overall fitness, all while having a good time. The community is very friendly and encouraging which always helps when pushing through a hard workout. I’m so happy to be a member!

I have been with Terrain Fitness since its opening day, and I absolutely LOVE it here! I am very impressed with the coaching and facility. Rachel and Rodney are fantastic leaders and really motivate you to perform to your highest potential while keeping you injury-free. TF is not your typical no-frills CrossFit box. Its design is thoughtfully executed, and the aesthetic is fantastic. They offer towel service as well as large showers stocked with very nice toiletries. They also use Triib to keep workout stats and RomWod for warm-ups and cool downs. I cannot wait to see how they continue to grow

Doing something new, especially when it comes to fitness, can certainly be intimidating. I walked into Terrain 2 months ago and was so scared of what I was getting myself into. The coaches and other members are 100% supportive and caring. A great place for the seasoned CrossFitter or newbie alike. I would recommend his this gym to anyone I meet. Join us for a class!

I have been working out at Terrain Fitness for a few weeks now and have nothing but positive things to say. If your looking for a friendly CrossFit gym where you don’t feel intimidated coming in as a beginner this is the place. Not only are the coaches Rachel and Rodney positive, friendly and knowledgeable they will welcome you and encourage you like they have always known you.
