Fayette Crossing

I have been living in Fayette crossing since 2016 and to be honest I cannot find a better and safe place that I rather stay at then fayette crossing apartments, the staff is great Ms Tiffany and Ms Alaina are the best. I raised my daughter up there Ava James and she loves it there, is Fayette crossing the best in the state of Kentucky (No),. will they work with you (Yes), Will they take care of you the best way they can( Yes) will they make sure you safe( Yes )if you behind on your rent two or three months would it work with you (Yes of course they will they always do). So my opinion about living

I wish I could leave a review without giving them a star because they don’t deserve one. DO NOT RENT OR EVEN THINK ABOUT RENTING HERE. These people are very unprofessional. They never answer the phone and they go into your apartment without a notice to search your belongings just to see what fine they can give you (totally illegal ) . 10/10 would not recommend. We’re moving before the yearly lease is up.

DO NOT RENT/APPLY/INQUIRE about an apartment from here. The OFFICE reached out to ME about an apartment available for a move in date of the same month applying in. Was told it was available for move in of that next week. Applied the same day all
for them to tell me within less than 24 hours the apartment has been rented. That they have another one coming available and the end of next month. and that I should try to ask my landlord who i’ve already turned a 30 day notice into, to see it he will extended my lease one for month and they’ll waive the security deposit. If I could give no stars I would! My family and I currently live here . I do not recommend anyone moving here . The staff do NOT care about your living arrangements nor do they care about the upkeep In these apartments . ALSO! The floors are giving in badly and you can hear your upstairs neighbor and your neighbor next door . We’ve been here for 2 months . The whole time maintenance has been in our apartment over 4 times due to bad pipes and back ups. which clearly where the problem before we moved in. The property manager offered us to go in another unit once before to shower , like really?

I can't say enough wonderful things about Fayette Crossing, the staff has been accommodating to all of my and my husband's needs. The apartments need a little work but they are older units so renovations are under way and we are excited. We moved here a year ago and when we renewed our lease instead of our rent going up we got a credit . I've lived in many places here in Lexington. We consider Fayette Crossing our home and look forward to many more years here.

I lived in these apartments and the building I lived in cought on fire twice in one year! One was the apartment directly in front of mine and the other was the one beneath me. I came home the second fire to find my dogs on the balcony where the fire fighters put them for safety but my door was kicked open. They never came to fix the door and one of my dogs of 5 1/2 years got poisoned! She died I had her since she was 6 weeks old. Thankfully I still have her son. I left the apartment the night I found my dog dead with her son and found a new place

People smoking pot out in the open where children are present, people blasting explicit music by the pool when children are present and for the whole complex to hear. At least once a month something doesn't work (air, hot water) occasionally have to hear about people trying to break into other neighbors cars.

The only reason I gave it one star is because I HAD TO in order to post a review. I would give negative stars if I could. This place is the most disgusting place I have ever lived. In the 10 months that I resided there, management changed 3 times. The apartments were roach infested, and when I complained, I was told that no one else ever mentioned it and that I must have brought them with me. When I talked to my neighbors, they said they had complained about bugs frequently. The pool is nothing more than a hole in the ground and was not functional at all the whole time I lived there. This apartment complex is seriously great! I love living here, since the new management took over they have constantly been improving the looks of the complex, and have changed out things most place don’t think about, like mulch, railings on the patios, and roofing. Some reviews are negative Because of things being broken, or terrible maintenance, but I’ve only experienced fast, and helpful people when it comes to maintaining my apartment.
