Therapeutic Yoga is for anyone who wants to relax, de-stress or just feel good. We do gentle stretch, working out old and new spots of tightness. People who think they can't to a regular yoga class because they're too tight, too big, or too whatever, they can do therapeutic yoga. This class is "everyone" different body types, ages, and skill levels.

Those who grieve often feel as if they are viewing the world from the wrong end of a telescope. In this strange and constricted space, time slows, priorities change, and daily routine feels impossible. Some days even getting out of bed requires more energy than we can generate. People go to work, bills get paid, and your neighbor still walks his dog each morning at sunrise.
She focuses her students on the present moment and encourages them to accept themselves as they are. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own comfort level and make the progress they can in a non-competitive environment. She offers weekly yoga classes for all levels. Local yoga retreats and workshops covering many areas, including specialty workshops on important life altering topics such as grief and weight loss, are held throughout the year.
