The new management team repeatedly fails to inform the residents of issues like complex wide water shut offs, 3 separate “emergencies” where 2-6 sheriff vehicles blocked the parking lot, and claims they “don’t know how to email” residents so any communication comes in the form of a paper notice taped to all the doors of the complex. They also failed to provide my rent bill for my first two months. After which I had to call them for 3 weeks before they could provide a bill, and was then threatened with late fees “because I should have payed whatever I thought rent would have been”

When I lived in this apartment it was old, and not well taken care of. We ended up being infested by insects, and had to take care of the whole issue ourselves. Now that I don't live there anymore I made sure to pay off any remaining debt, but they didn't make sure to dispute any charges to my rental history, so now I am trying to get into different apartment, but cannot until this company disputes the false charges on my history. I've been calling this company for 2 weeks, and they never answer! The staff is COMPLETELY unprofessional.
