The worst complex I’ve ever lived in - they will not communicate with you unless you call their parent company, they will not inform you of dangerous living conditions like SWAT teams gassing the building due to a kidnapping, had a neighbor I did not know try to enter my apartment banging on my door cursing, black mold, dead maggots in the hallway, use invasive chemicals to resurface things (they cause me to get ill), did not address any of my move in repairs including a window that would not close which left me with an open window during the winter freeze in 2021, they do not care about their

Mesh is old property but very well maintained. They always kept it clean. The staff is very friendly and they answear the email or phones very quikly. The best it is only 5 mins away from the downtown!

Noisy neighbor, constantly calling the police (311) for help as well as the front office - that does not do anything, looking for another apartment to leave and just breaking my lease. If Mesh tries to come at me legally, I have plenty of videos, documented emails, and requests to Mesh begging for the noisy neighbor to be evicted. Worst experience as a tenant EVER
*** edit, Jesse the manager was so understanding to my unique situation and is accommodating my relocation in leaving Mesh. Feeling so much better and not as hopeless with a loud disruptive neighbor. Changed my rating to 4 :)

Mesh is the most phenominal appartment complex in Austin region. Close to the city. Far enough to avoid the city hassle. River is about 30 secs away. If you're about that hustle and thrive life - you'll be straigh vibin' here😉 🖤

While living here I had multiple leaks, electrical issues, spotted roaches, and a family of raccoons was living above my 2nd floor apartment (I'm assuming in an attic space). Maintenance was hit and miss-- sometimes they would come right away, and sometimes I had to wait up to 2 weeks for them to even notice my requests. Louisa was the only responsive person in the leasing office and she is awesome. Other than with her, I had to ask more than once for extra, unnecessary charges on my account to be removed when I got billed after updating my insurance. All in all, I was definitely overpaying for

People in the office are okay however it's far too expensive for the quality. Predatory property group is the real issue here. 20% rent increase to go month to month. Your pricing algorithm is trash and doesn't take into consideration peoples life circumstances.

Love this property! The location is amazing, can see downtown from my balcony. The staff are very on hand and quick to help with any needs at any time! I have recommended this apartment complex to a friend already. Excited to be living here!

I feel compelled to write a review after the manager, Jesse, went above and beyond to make a very unique situation, at no fault of the complex, right. I was unlucky to have an extremely serious safety concern occur on the very first night of my stay in my new apartment here. As most know, or if you don't, this area of Austin is a pretty mixed bag. While up and coming, and frankly, gentrified - there's also homeless camps in plain view. The complex itself is nice and renovated, but it is older, and there's nothing stopping anyone from getting on the properties. Without going into

Like many other reviews on here, I would give 0 stars if I could. The only reviews on this platform that are posting 5 stars are because management does gift-card giveaways for 5 star reviews (not because of the quality of the property or the interactions between staff and residents).

I have lived in Austin for 3 years and have lived in 3 different apartment complexes during that time, none of which are as terrible as Mesh. Aside from the 5+ days response time for EMERGENCY maintenance requests, having to park on the street because of the lack of available spaces, having the maintenance team

Don't live here. Pay the extra $100-$200 to live somewhere nicer.

- maintenance requests never actually get completed
- when first moving in there was paint all over the floors and the blinds and shower were all dirty
- smells like weed all the time
- questionable infrastructure
- haven't had an enjoyable shower since I've moved here (low water pressure and cold water)
- I could write more but just not worth my time

We’ve been residents for 4 months and have had flooding multiple times with no help to repair water damage. Our place constantly smells moldy and damp. We’ve had a faulty dishwasher, toilet that’s constantly clogged, ceiling fans are old and squeaky so it’s impossible to sleep with them on, and constantly killing roaches. Maintenance crew is inexperienced and unresponsive.

My wife and I moved into Mesh hoping to call it home - we quickly realized that Mesh would not be this home. The structural integrity of Mesh is questionable at best, there are plenty of reviews supporting that statement.

These apartments are very old with a seemingly pretty interior. If you are ready to live in an apartment where you can hear your neighbors cough, maybe have hot water 40% of the time and worry about the security of delivered packages...Mesh is the apartment complex for you.

Run away from this place while you still can! The buildings are old and need renovations. Despite the efforts of the maintenance crew, something always needs done. First it was the molded floor boards from rain flooding, then the leaking AC that grew mold under the floors and in the walls. Now it's the mold all over the bathroom ceiling because their is no exhaust fan. According to Mesh, it's "dust" -not mold. They refuse to get an expert to test to see how serious it is after Noah from the front office promised me they would get a mold expert. Maintenance work orders take

We lived here for 4 years and it was a great experience. The maintenance team was too notch and always responded to issues quickly and professionally. Noah, the leasing manager, always went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. This complex was a great home to us in Austin. The location was perfectly nested near downtown but not in the mix of the crazy traffic and was conveniently located close enough to things that we could bike/scooter/walk to many places. Great price and great management. I already miss Noah and crew! My dog does too (they always had lots of treats for him in

For the third time, somebody tried to break in our truck! The last one was last month around 3:00AM. Our alarm went off and when we check the doors, glove box and mid console were open. We don't leave valuables in our vehicle so it's either they are trying to steal the truck or the radio. This is the worst area to live!!! Won't reccommend it to anybody!

Moved in on the 15th of July. We were welcomed by the property mananger and she is fully aware that there are things that still needs to be done. Told me

Homeless because of mesh properties as well as roscoe properties. I moved out 2 years ago and into a sister property saddle creek. For another year lease . 2 years later I'm being told by a new apartment in California that I'm denied because of 800$ that I owe and is and has been in collection for 2 years . I haven't even been contacted by the collection company . I've tried to get this resolved for the past two weeks today is 4/24/19 and it took them two weeks to tell me there's nothing they can do . Complete sorry excuses for a company . Thanks for me being homeless

My husband and I moved into Mesh this past May and have nothing but good things to say about it. We chose Mesh for location, but also because we are able to live in a 2 bedroom 1100 Square Foot apartment for $1000 less than if we chose one of the newer buildings around. The Mesh apartments have all been updated inside, so while it may look older on the outside our apartment is fresh inside. We love the community courtyard near the leasing office (we frequently BBQ here!) and we've made friends with a lot of our neighbors while doing so. The overall vibe of the community it friendly, which

**THIS IS THE REVIEW YOU NEED TO READ!!**

The leasing agent told me to go ahead and apply for the apartment, pay the $400 fee, and they could extend the 7-day waiting hold for a little longer since I didn't need to move in for a couple of weeks. I paid the amount and when I called up, she told me that she couldn't extend it. So I ended up paying two weeks of rent for an apartment I didn't use.

DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING THAT THE LEASING AGENTS TELL YOU. THEY ARE LIARS! THEY WILL SAY WHATEVER IT IS TO GET YOU TO SIGN THAT LEASE.

When I moved in, the apartment was filthy. It

Office Staff has improved significantly, very friendly and helpful. They were a lot more knowledgeable and caring about the tenants than the old staff. The old staff made living there unbearable- they had no idea what they were doing. It took 5 visits to the office to clear up missing paperwork on their end within the first week of living there, and they also tried evicting us afterward because of a mix up on their end. Watch out for the cheap floors in the units- ours leaked the adhesive the entire year of us living there, even after repeated conversations with the office (old staff) and a visit

This is not a safe apartment complex at all. Personally I've had several scary encounters with crack heads and homeless men lingering in stairways and round the property. Doesn't matter what time of day or day of the week, it is not safe. Nothing like opening your front door on a Sunday morning to see a crackhead hanging out.

Stay away from this place. They are racists. I loved the location of the apartments because they are at the middle of a small downtown, so I could reach everything quick. First. They seemed very gentle and I liked the apartment, even though the people was telling me that vandalism is all over the place. The fact that there isn't a fitness center in the place, doesn't help to an already skyrocketed pricing for the short term leases.
But the point to this is that they don't accept international people that are new in the area and are still applying for jobs, even if they have a guarantor

Excitement soon lost its muster about this place a month after signing the lease. Customer service is awful and they only want to take your money due to being in a good location. They exploit this HARD.

They butter you up when you sign the lease and forget about you while you live there.

You are better off with signing with the better and nicer apartments popping up everywhere in the Riverside.

This place gets 2 big thumbs down.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. LOOK AT OTHER PLACES!

I wanted to like this place because the rent is reasonable for the area, but what a dive. The staff turnover is high, and every time there's a change they promise things will be different now, but the more things change the more they stay the same.

The only reason I moved in here was that a friend already lived here and wanted the referral fee. After months of hounding by email, phone and in person, we finally went into the office together and refused to leave until it was sorted. We've finally been promised it will be applied to his next month's rent, ten months after I moved in
