The office staff left a lasting impression! Myself and husband and three year old son came in for a unit tour, which an office staff over the phone confirmed we would be able to come and view. But low and behold after being rudely asked what we needed when walking in, we were told the model can't be shown due to plumbing issues. Not sure why plumbing would affect seeing the unit but we gladly said okay and left. Glad we didn't end up at this dump, at least have friendly staff to counter the less than average complex.

I called in first to request a viewing and was told to walk in that afternoon. When I arrived, instead of being greeted with respect with a smile and a hello, welcome, please take a seat, I was eyed suspiciously and spoken to in a disrespectful manner by one of their leasing reps. If they treat someone who walks in like this now, how do they treat their tenants? I wasn't dressed like a bum. The apartment complex also looks dangerous, ghetto, and unsafe so be careful. I was shocked at how I was treated.

They were alright at first, but they don’t exterminate when the bugs are clearly from the nasty neighbor. Then the new wave of tenants they have, it’s like they’re segregating by race. These new people have no respect and they blast music all night and it’s just horrible now living here. I’m moving as soon as my lease is up.

This apartment complex was third on my list mainly because of looks but because of Hilda the representative that helped me this will be my new home in the near future. She answered all my questions without hesitation and the professionalism was unmatched compared to the other apartments. Highly recommend!

That or the shower upstairs and the cabinets downstairs just happen to be pulling themselves off the wall in the exact same direction. This is a major

I been staying in The Morgan apartments for a year now and always paid my rent on time. Until this year in mid-April I lost my job and was unemployed due to COVID-19. Ever since then I been trying to keep up with rent and was doing good.Then I fall off and started being late on paying bills especially my rent. I was started to stress out and feeling like I was going to see a eviction notice on my door soon. I talk to Mary the leasing manager and she understood that I lost my job and was trying to catch up on rent. She told me to pay what I can everytime I get paid. Also she enrolled me into a rent

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!! Stay away!!! The management is horrible!!! I lived here for a little over a year, and I noticed so many things that were wrong and they NEVER even tried fixing it. It's supposed to be "gated" community but the gates are always broken so anyone can enter and exit, all the doors to enter the complex are also left open for anyone to just roam in!!
THEFT!!!! I've had my vehicles broken into MULTIPLE YES MULTIPLE!! Times and they have like 3 cameras so your vehicle is never safe.
The apartments are old and they don't even try to fix them properly

My mom has been here for over a year now. They are under new management now. I must say they are very kind. I don't know all of their names yet. Personally I like every one in the office. Their always nice and make me and my kids feel welcomed. Very patient women and they are making changes good changes. I would recommend The Morgan Apartments. It's quiet staff is wonderful. So if your looking for a nice quiet area The Morgan Apartments would be a great place for you.

Move into The Morgan at 2401 Westridge St at your own risk! I've lived here since April 2011 for and the last year and a half it has gotten worse. There was NO security until 3 months ago. When there are events at NRG you will have a shouting match with folks illegally parked in the residents parking and they will not let you out until you call the police. I've posted photos and please read the captions for each. No I'm not a resident with a grudge because years past I've written great reviews and bragged on the office staff on several occasions!!! The only reason the Morgan gets 1 star is because I couldn't leave 0! These apartments have a MAJOR roach problem! Please stay away if you can! Me and my girlfriend have lived here about six months and we have to fight roaches damn near everyday and we're by no means messy or unclean people. Luckily was out to able to get out the lease and will be moving soon. Management does terrible job of addressing problems. Yes, the rent is cheap but definitely still not worth living like that.

Do not rent here.
1.) They do not have a recycling program. We moved in Nov 2015 and were told a recycling program would be instated by Jan 2016. We just moved out (1/31/17), and the program still doesn't exist.
2.) They are very rigorous with towing. My husband got in an accident in the parking lot (someone speeding through ran into him as he was backing out of the space), and was in a rental car. The rental car was towed. We went by the office to get a new guest pass for the rental, explained the accident, and we're still denied an extra pass. We ended up having to take back a guest

I lived at the Morgan for 1.5 years and it was the worse! Despite not being able to have company over because there were so many bugs! My factory rims were stolen off my car!!! When I informed the complex there only response was security will watch your car. I'm thinking the one with on blocks!?! Why weren't they watching it before!... To all, this place is not safe!

I moved into The Morgan Apartments in mid-June. It is currently the beginning of August and I can say this has been so far, the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD with an apartment.
The Staff is incredibly detached, disorganized and inconsiderate. I received a package that sat in the office for over a week because the staff did not put a slip in my mailbox. When I went into the office to inquire if the package had arrived, I was met with two staff persons, conversing amongst themselves who made no effort to acknowledge or assist me until I interrupted their personal conversation.
