Update on citi lights living. If I could give it no stars I would. I was just getting use to this place and avoiding the office workers as much as I could since they are incompetent but this week we got a new washer and it's the size of a Barbie dream house washer. I can't even fit my sheets in it and had to go to a laundry mat to wash them and that's so annoying I purposely looked for a place with an in unit so I wouldn't have to share a washer or dryer with anyone else. I called the office to give feed back and they said the owner wanted us to switch cause it's more

Beautiful front entrance the staff was very welcoming. Angelica was very attentive and helpful. Staff is great. Very clean and I feel safe in our apartment community. I have no issues here.

My experience at Citi Lights apartments has been pleasant, I've lived in my apartment for four years and will not be renewing my lease due to relocation. The apartments are roomy and the staff was helpful with any complaints I've had. If you can, I recommend getting a unit with a view as it's very beautiful at night. My only complaint is the age of the buildings. The structure is made of wood and if you live in a down stairs apartment you can often hear the neighbors walking around but I do recommend them. The grounds are well kept and the buildings themselves are unique and stylish

Me and my husband have been living here for 6 years so far and are moving out due to many issues. At first when we moved in it was good, then many issues keep going on. We only stayed cause it was affordable.

There have been issues such as our tub leaking water into our bedroom closet and it took them a year to figure it out cause one of the good maintenance workers (who eventually left) figured out the drain pipe was broken under the tub. We also have mold issues in the bathroom and anytime we clean it, it comes back with in the week. We reported it and they looked at it and said it wasn&apos

my husband and I moved into this complex in late fall 2019. The staff has been very nice and helpful, as this was my first apartment. They were so helpful. and even better- no maintenance horror stories! Maintenance has been good to us.

The actual apartments are nice- you get exactly what you pay for, and the neighborhood is really nice. Looking forward to using the pool this summer!

big pros of apartments- BIG TUB, faux wood flooring, washer/dryer are great/new, and great views!

At first I wanted to write the whole story about what happened to me and my family at this place December 13th 2019 but I'll keep it short and let the photos speak for themselves.

The office called me and left a voice message as I was unable to answer and said that they needed my permission to enter my apartment because of a small leak coming from the above unit. I call them back and they tell me the same thing I let them that I am on my way and that was the end of the phone call. But was I in for a surprise. This was no leak, the water heater from the unit above exploded!!!

I can't believe I stayed here for 12 months! Worst place I have ever lived. Everyone in office is incompetent or can't do anything without saying "I don't know, I have to ask the manager when they're back from lunch," which seems to be all the time. They don't email you back when you email them or ask them for information.

They don't always give you notice to enter your apartment or even leave a note that they've come in. I'd come home sometimes and things would be moved because they had inspections without sending out an email (which they never

- Main gates are always breaking. I think they've given up on fixing them now. They've been broken for months.

- A lot of unleashed dogs that they do nothing about. My dog has been nearly attacked several times. Luckily I was able to pick him up and get him to safety.

- I've been there for 8 months and I've seen the police there 3 times. Once at my door probably looking for the last tenant

- looks really nice on the outside but inside is horrible and insane

Warning to anyone who plans on living at Citi Lights apartments, DON'T DO IT! Not only is this apartment a rip off but you are also dealing with incompetent staff who do not know what they are doing or cannot manage to communicate. If you enjoy living in a cockroach infested paradise and then being accused that it is your fault and having nothing fixed when you request it than Citi Lights is the place for you! We tried requesting for them to come and spray on numerous occasions and nothing was done. It got bad to the point where we used our own money to buy bug spray and spray the apartment

I don't really do reviews but this is just too much. We lived there for more than 2 years bec we can't afford elsewhere. We gave 30days notice, finished the term. Hoping they will give back the promised $350.00 deposit fee. The building is too old to begin with, renters upstairs (not their fault) walking is so loud downstairs. Their laundry doors broke one time but they only removed the lower part to make the door close then it was fully broken and who knows they charged us for that. We gave back all the gateopeners keys, even bought some new blinds bec theirs were cheap and easily broken

Its an okay neighborhood, i live by the pool area and at 1 in the morning ill still hear these people outside yelling,loud music. Staff isnt the friendliest at times. It is clean though.

Citi lights is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The manager Angelica Orejas is the worst. I had so MANY issues with this place including rude manager and office staff. At the end of my lease Citi Lights try'd to damage my credit by sending me to collections over a last bill. I had to contact the collection agency and show them proof that I had paid Citi Lights. It was finally removed but these are the childish games these unprofessional people play. Be warned it may happen to you if you move in too!!!

Citi Lights is a great complex! The property managers are friendly and easy to work with. All of my service requests during my residence were handled in a professional and timely manner. I never had any issues with loud/obnoxious neighbors and everyone was friendly in passing. They have a great pool area, along with a well equipped community area including a pool table and plenty of space to hangout. They are also in a great location with a movie theatre and grocery store just around the corner and sunset station a short drive down the road. If I ever need another apartment, I will definitely try

I've moved over 20 times in my life and these apartments had the most friendly and accommodating staff I've seen. Every time I came into the office even before I moved in, they would greet me with a smile even when they got really busy. Very responsive! When Kristy showed me a tour of the place, I fell in love with it! She's amazing btw. :) Especially with all the amenities. They have an amazing pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grill, 24/hr gym, work/office area with wifi, community room/kitchen, game room with pool table & hockey table, their own theatre (awesome!), AND a tanning bed!

We absolutely LOVE Citi Lights! We just had an isssue, and it was resolved immediately. Kristin at the front office, is so awesome. We've only lived here for six months, rarely visit the front office, and she remembers us by name EVERY TIME! Each time we fill out a service request, we receive a response within 24 hours! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, our neighbors are fun, we just really love these apartments! Our personal experience has been above and beyond, by not only Kristin, but other staff members like Kristy, June, Zola! They're awesome!
