Whittell pointe is a wonderful place to live it’s affordable and close to everything with easy freeway access as well. Then new office people Christine and Eden are phenomenal more then willing to help since new management came in. Definitely a point of interest if you want something affordable and spacious as well.

It’s up and down. When I go into the office I feel things get handled. But I can’t email cause no one responds or call really.
Example: the new site to pay rent I sent an email stating I didn’t get the link with a code sent to my email and couldn’t sign up. Then I went in the office got it done in 2 minutes and I ended up paying rent late (which means I gotta pay a late fee).
Another example, they were changing management and doing renovation during summer when my contract was due for renewal. I asked during our meeting about what hotel blah blah blah can I schedule a time to do it? They

Stay away!! Rude and no help from office staff, con artist!! will charge you for “damages” when no damage were made. If you do move in, make sure to take pictures of everything before and after, as they will try to charge you for the horrible “fixes” they made before you move in and claim that you are the reason the floors are loose and full of cracks, doorknobs don’t work, cabinets to close fully, windows don’t open all the way. If I could leave negative stars I would.

I’m Jay D, lived here about six years now the apartment complex has gone through several management groups several managers I have had no issues with any of the managers they’ve address issues when they were occurred and taking care of them, I guess I’ve been one of the lucky one that I’ve had a good experience.

Worst decision I have ever made was to move in this place they I am a good tenant I ant never been late paying my rent no complaints I have bent over backwards to follow the rules yet I have been treated horribly the new management company they hired ant no better than the last one . I have had problems getting mail and packages People break in the mailbox’s now they have the mail boxes sitting on the table inside the office for months so you can only check your mail when they are in the office this has gone on for months now management is rude and indecent and I hate having to go in that office

Avoid at all costs. Management has swapped 4+ time in last year and a a half. Everyone as bad as the last. Trash everywhere with a front office that doesn’t even bother to pick up the phone. New “remodel” is a joke. Half aren’t even finished before they move on to the next and all the “new” appliances for residents are on back order……. Hmmm.

I have lived here for 9 years. I have not had my carpet replaced nor will the complex pay to have it professionally cleaned. They say both are my responsibility to pay for. Anything that breaks like a door knob, blinds you have to pay them to fix it. Management has entered my apartment without permission. Would not recommend. For income based housing try Boulder Creek. They are right up the street and treat tenants much better.
