I’m sure it’s a nice place but the office staff has not been helpful to me and I haven’t even begun my lease yet. I was supposed to move in today 1/17 as told and agreed to on my lease. It would have been NICE though if the office put two and two together and realized that they were closed today and would not in fact be able to give me a key. I am told by the answering service there is nothing I can do today and no way for me to receive a key which is extremely upsetting. I took the day off from work just to move in today and now I’m not given any option. The least they could do is come

I am a freshman who just signed her lease for the fall semester next year and i am beyond excited! our tour guide was nice and friendly and told us everything we know about living here. we are looking at the 4x2 and it was so cute and cozy so i'm happy to make it my home away from home. the ivy staff was helpful during the application process and called me to give me updates that boosted me to sign my lease and i know it was the right choice. i'm happy with all the amenities it offers and happy with the price especially as a college student! everything about the ivy is so convenient, the rooms

Samantha Walker nails it in her review, this place is terrible they offer very little than a roof over your head, and I wouldn't be suprised if thats ready to fall off. Everything is neglected around here and no matter how many times you request something, nothing gets fixed. The one time I had a "professional" from the ivy come in to clean the mold, the floor, the fridge, fix the laudry machine. He only "cleaned" about half the fridge then left because when I talked to him was just a friend of someone who worked there and had no idea what he agreed to. Photos are from move in day.

The ivy is a great community, but the amenities and apartments are old. The gym's water fountain hasn't had the filter changed in months, repair people enter your apartment at random days without any notification other than an email saying they will show up this week. There is no recycling, so a lot of paper and plastic material get thrown with organic compost. Furniture in the house is old, my couch is deteriorating and it hasn't been changed in months. The police is always in the neighborhood, making us feel unsafe. The layout of the apartments and neighborhood is great, but there is no maintenance

This place is amazing, it’s clean and close to campus.I go to usf and it’s Perfect for me, the property is really big and the pool is beautiful. The office is always doing fun activities for residents. Another thing that I like is that maintenance always takes care of any issues you have in your apartment within 24-48 hours. It’s a really chill place to live there’s allot of young people that live in here between the age 20-30. I would recommend you to chose this as your place to live for your new journey.

Living at The Ivy is a wonderful experience. Although, there were some issues with moving in as my room was not the most up to par, I have great roomates and built a great connection with them by simply communicating with them. I took care of most of the problems in my room and I’ve had a pretty good experience making the place my own and decorating. I’m pretty comfortable with the place I’m in, especially considering it’s my first year in college. Just make sure to set boundaries with your roommates in terms of cleaning, house rules, and such and you’ll have a great time!

1. It’s not safe here. My roommate’s bike was stolen twice despite locking it on the railing on our patio. Someone burned through the lock with a lighter and took it.
2. Things don’t really get fixed. You have to fight to actually get someone to come out, and maintenance requests constantly get deleted without notice. Every request I’ve put in has been deleted since I moved here.
3. For about 3 weeks before the “move-in day” (around 8/20), people were entering my apartment without sufficient notice. The Ivy’s management just sent out a mass email on July 31st saying people would

Just don't do it. It's not student housing. No one will tell you that, but most students don't live here. Online the websites says for USF but I have no met one other student who attends the campus.
Many residents are over the age of 50, and aren't split up by age for "non discrimination" reasons. However is it really appropriate to have impressionable people, at as young as 18 living with a fully grown adult? To be in the same apartment sharing a living space?
They overcharge you on fees every month. Some will not even have names and you have to fight to no have

At move in the unit was not ready at all. It was filthy, carpet not cleaned, broken moldy window, mold on sprinklers in unit, smoke alarms that expired in 2009, roaches all over, and we had a 3 page list of repairs needed. Maintenance was rude and its been almost a month and still nothing is fixed at all. Additionally they over charged the account and fail to follow up or follow through with repairs or basic communication. This entire move in experience for my student has been unacceptable and now she is away from home living in an apartment with mold, broken windows, and other life safety issues

The IVY is trash, would not recommend it to anyone. They do not care about there residence at all, if you are unsafe with roommates that are horrible they will not care even if the roommates are violent or have caused you to fear for your safety. All this business cares about is making money, the rent is cheap for a reason because the service is horrendous, the maintenance staff does not necessarily fix anything even though they claim they do. The IVY interior is disgusting; the room they show when you tour is nothing like the room you get when you sign your lease. There has been roaches, there

I am an incoming freshman and I just signed a lease at The Ivy a couple months ago! When I first decided I wanted to live off campus, The Ivy was the first apartment I toured! Allisyn gave us a tour and we toured a 4x4! The apartment was very impressive and Allisyn was very informative! She gave a great tour but wasn’t pushy and allowed us to look around and feel comfortable! The model apartment was very clean and gave me a great idea of how to decorate! The apartment is furnished which is great, especially when my home is a few hours away! I was so excited the first time I toured that I totally

I would not recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy. Management is impossible to deal with, the apartment was disgusting when my roommates and I moved in, there are parties thrown constantly at the pool (despite the pandemic), and the security that they claim monitors the complex does not show up when you call them.

I regret ever signing here. I am literally miserable to come home so I just don't anymore. I have been voicing my complaint of leaking ceiling and mold for MONTHS. I can't even tell you how many times vs how many times its actually been documented that I have complained of the wall having mold inside most likely to leaking pipes. Lets keep in mind that I am ALLERGIC to mold!!! THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING PUT PAINT OVER THE MOLD AND A DEHUMIDIFIER WHICH DOESN'T FIX THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM. We cant use our pantry, because mold grows profusely in there. The ceiling/wall is starting to

I currently live here. I personally wouldn't recommend over other options. Management is terrible. My a/c broke and it took them a week to get it fixed. My dryer broke and it took them a month to get it fixed. I got NO updates and would constantly have to call, and get bs answers from the office staff. We have an overage utility charge every single month, which was never an issue for me at my previous student housing. We have had bug issues as well. We don't have keys, only hotel swipe keys which constantly get deactivated, i've been locked out at least 5 times now. They do have

This is PARENTS not students, when touring this place everyone was helpful and great. That stops as soon as the lease is signed.
Leased an upgraded apartment, that had rusty bathtubs, wasn't cleaned and had mold and was infested with bugs coming out of sockets.
No A.C. for weeks, three weeks to address other problems. Most of the things we did ourselves since the office staff refuse to do anything, literally. There has been old furniture blocking the breezeway for months.
The only help has been the AREA Manager, however he relies on the staff who do not reply or address any issues.
