It's something this place just don't sit right, they tell you that it is affordable but it's not when they tell you how much for rent. they definition of affordable is different from anybody else. Looks like they are just collecting $50 from people and that is it.

For what they want in rent it's nothing special. Cars coming through loud music. Rode through at night number of lights out, especially the apartment numbers. Had a friend who car was been stolen from here, security cameras i heard dont work. No courtesy officer i heard also. Parking is too crowded.

When l first approach the office a sign was in the window reading mask required. I had my mask and gloves on when l walked inside one of the leasing agents DID NOT have her mask on. That's just completely unacceptable. I also included my projected move in date on line so if nothing was Available why waste my time with an appointment. Unprofessional!!!!! Make sure your employees are wearing their MASK!!!!

Came as a visitor and this place was sad... pool still isn’t open , they still haven’t replaced the park. volleyball court need so much work , tennis can use a spruce up ... management in this place ... yikes.

To hear that Fort Jackson Soldiers are overqualified and make too much to apply here is ridiculous. I didn’t think it was a real thing to be turned away for making too much. Unreal.

This place is a nightmare atleast in my case. To start with I leased this place 3 different times in the last 9 years and the recent experience was very bad. I signed the lease when I was about to travel out of the country last year and never checked the apartment based on previous experiences and believed the management who assured me with clean apartment which they never did. The restrooms were not clean, the closets were all scratched and rusty and when I complained they never bothered as I already signed the lease. Couple of stove burners were not working properly on medium flame and to that

Atrium Place Apartments is a perfect place to live, especially for families with kids. I have recommended this place to a couple of my friends, but the new leasing rules compelled me to write this negative review.
1. Removal of short term lease options (3 months and 6 months)
2. Month to month rent is almost $400 more than your monthly rent
3. 60-day notice period.
These new rules are tough to adhere in this pandemic. I think the new owners are trying to make money out of people's misery. Not a good place to live anymore.

I had to go visit a friend. It is a gated community and the landscaping was well manicured. The apartment is nice and roomy. I love the layout of her place. The neighborhood seems like a safe place to live and raise a family.

I loved living here. The neighborhood is quiet & in good proximity to a lot of different things. The staff was always helpful and I was also blessed to have nice neighbors. These are older apartments so I experienced a few issues but management responded promptly to all my needs. I would still be here if the rent didn't go up so much for my second year :(
