I bought an engagement ring from Robert Spratford, and it was a great experience. I walked into his store knowing a little about the 4 C’s and what have you, and he took the time to explain to me what really matters in a diamond. He helped me design an absolutely stunning American made ring (And didn’t try to up-sell me), I still catch my fiancé staring at it randomly. Couldn’t have done it without him. Unlike the big box stores, and chain stores, he actually cares, and will help you make the best version of what you want. I live out of state, shipping was fast and easy thanks to Robert

Robert was the ideal ally for a guy who wanted to give the perfect ring to my now wife. He helped me to pick the stone, design the ring and make it just what my wife wanted. She wears a custom-made Spratford ring, and she loves it! We were so impressed with their work that we purchased my wedding ring with them as well.
That was 4 years ago, and today Robert and his dad keep helping me out with clean ups and treatments for the ring. Last week they cleaned it up and it looks phenomenal!

Rob at Spratford Fine Jewelry helped my husband customize my dream ring. We were actually living out of state at the time and he made the entire process so easy and relaxed. Rob helped explain details about the ring including the cut, color, and size. He then later designed my husband ring and was able to engrave what we wanted on it. We have gone there many times for repairs and cleaning of our fine jewelry.
They always make our pieces look brand new.
Most recently my husband and I decided to upgrade my engagement ring with a new ring setting and additional diamonds to accompany my original stone.
Though I knew a little bit of what the final result would look like, I am still in aw and amazement of what I received when it was finished.

I was recently recommended to visit Robert at Spratford Fine Jewelry, by my sister, when trying to decide how to start the process of designing and making my future Wife's engagement ring. I had done a lot of research to know the route I wanted to go, but wasn't sure if that would translate to the logistics of it all.
Robert made me feel at ease with the whole process. From the second I stepped into the store they made me feel way more confident that this wasn't just another job for them. It was a relationship. We got to know each other, he asked how my family was doing

We have been customers of Spratford Fine Jewelry for many years. We initially went to them when my mother in law passed away and they helped go through her jewelry to determine which pieces were valuable. Over the years they have repaired and cleaned my wedding rings, diamond earrings and band. You always feel welcome when you enter the store.
