We are a dental practice located in Uptown Dallas, TX devoted to restoring and enhancing the natural beauty of your smile using conservative, state-of-the-art procedures that will result in beautiful, long lasting smiles! As part of our commitment to providing close, personalized attention to every patient, we want to encourage patient communication.
The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to request an appointment. One of our team members will contact via phone to get your appointment date/time scheduled. This website does not allow online scheduling. Our office policy is if the cancellation is made within 24 hours or same of the appointment time, there will be a $45 hygiene cancellation fee, or a $150 doctor/dental treatment fee.

As a doctor, we recognize that our patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in the team.
Dr. Corbin D. Milenbaugh earned his D.D.S. degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2003, and also attended Milligan College from 1995-1999 earning his B.S. in Biology and Chemistry. Dr. Milenbaugh furthered his dental education by completing a General Practice Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2004.

They squeezed me in when I had an emergency and I wasn’t even a customer yet! Cleaning with scraping was completely pain free and the assistant was so sweet. They even had my favorite music playing. My emergency issue was easily handled. The front desk staff was wonderful too! It was a long drive for me to get there but I will go back because I was treated so well there and remained pain free throughout my visit. Highly recommend this office.

I’ve been going to Uptown Dental Specialists with Dr. Milenbaugh for about 5 years now. My experience with him and his entire office has never been anything short of hospitable and welcoming. He and his wonderful team have helped me navigate adult orthodontia, wisdom teeth removal, my first ever crown implant, all the while helping me stay cavity-free! The amount of compliments I receive on my smile is not lost on the care I get from his team, and will continue going here as long as I can!

Probably *the* thing that stands out here is a dentist that is honest with you and who will actually tell you ways of saving time and money in your care or treatment. Where most just seem to want to "milk" each visit, DDS is just the opposite. They want you to "want" to come back and see them. Novel approach!

One of the most compassionate, amazing Dentist, I have ever seen!!
My son flew in from New Orleans on Saturday. Soon after he arrived, he developed a tooth ache. It was so bad that pain meds didn't take the pain away! This Navy boy, PGA card holder, and BMX bike rider has a very high pain tolerance level too.
They got him in immediately Monday. My 32 yr old, who never cries, had tears of joy when he walked out after a quick extraction! Bless you Dr. Milenbaugh for getting him out of pain!!

I was in Dallas for work about a year and a half ago and luckily my work insurance covers out of town visits. I needed some emergency work done and i called for an appointment and they were able to see me right… away. The office is clean and peaceful and the staff was great. I was so impressed that I now fly to Dallas for regular dentist appointments even though my old dentist is 5 minutes from my house in Las Vegas! Anyone in Dallas looking for the best dental office needs to go here.

Dr.Milenbaugh and his staff are absolutely wonderful! By far the best dental experience I have had. His office is beautiful and up to date on all technology. My exam was very thorough and he took the time to explain every procedure in detail. He is also very friendly and down to earth. The hygienist Courtney is amazing, she did a fabulous job on my cleaning and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I never once felt like she was rushing to get me out like some places. Definitely 5 stars!
