Customer care with Ode a la Rose is really good.
They want to satisfy the customer.
The only thing I want to mention here is that they are not orchid specialists. .
My son purchased a beautiful double orchid plant from Ode a la Rose and within a short period ( shorter than should be) the flowers dropped and leaves turned yellow.
I have many orchid plants and know how to care for them.
The people at Ode a la Rose apparently do not know how to plant orchids for longevity and re blooming.
But as I mentioned above. They are really good about making things right and satisfying the customer. .

We ordered a bouquet to be sent to California for next day delivery, it arrived two days later, in a HOT box and flowers were warm and dead! I called several times and emailed the Los Angeles office, no response! Terrible experience and worse customer service! Never again. Spend $200 totally wasted. They keep deleting all the negative comments on their Instagram page.

Although the long distances and time differences made communication difficult, their staff, Taylor, is so nice and very communicative. She really helped me prepare everything upon my requests, and answer all my questions and concerns as soon as she can. She will help you walk through the ordering process and ensure every order details she could think about. She is so considerate that even send me a picture of the bouquet

Beware!!! This is a scam!!! Spent almost $200 on flowers by ordering a large bouquet, they took a photo of the flowers in a box so I cldnt tell how big it was. Imagine my disappointment when my daughter took a photo and the bouquet was sooo small, she counted 16 stems NOT 27 which is what I ordered. I called the store, the "manager" tries to explain how they "count" flowers??!!! SERIOUSLY???? Since I paid for 27stems wldnt u think that is what I wld get??? TOTAL SCAM spend your money elsewhere!!!

I've been a long time customer of ode la rose and happy to see that they've finally started offering a variety of assorted flowers in addition to their tradition arrangements.
After placing an order for my girlfriends birthday, there was a small issue with the order but the team at ode la rose did everything to resurrect the situation and make it right. The bouquet is absolutely beautiful, and I look forward to placing more orders in the future

Beware when buying from this company. When you see a bouquet on their website and it lets you choose between 20 stems ($79.99), 25 stems ($104.99) or 33 stems ($129.99) , it does not means stems of flowers!! It actually includes the stems of eucalyptus leaves!! So you could just end up having very few flowers but lots of leaves in the bouquet as I disappointedly found out when wanting to surprise my friend with a large bouquet of FLOWERS! I wrote to the company and they clarified the inclusion of leaves as stem count. My friend also reported that a few of the flowers looked wilted on arrival. Would

Ordered Peonies the day before - not only are the flowers AMAZING, shipping was extremely fast and secure. Ode sent a picture of the flowers prior to delivery to ensure quality. For a personal touch - you can include your own picture for free - very sweet gesture.

Ordered online, and paid two limbs and a first-round draft pick for "twenty stems" of flowers. A ripoff, but it's New York City flower delivery. I was expecting to overpay. I was NOT expecting terrible service and flower abandonment.
I asked that they deliver to my girlfriend's apartment. They left it in the lobby, with the security guard (NOT doorman - the building doesn't have one). Needless to say, the flowers didn't look great by the next morning when my girlfriend retrieved them.
I called to complain, and was met with the blandest apathy I've ever experienced

I sent my friend flowers for her birthday yesterday and the arrangement could not have been prettier. She sent a picture of them. They came on time and contained all my favorite flowers in a gorgeous vase that I paid extra for and was well worth it. When you look for florists in NYC there is so many to choose from and it can get confusing. So if you have someone you want to send flowers to and you want them delivered use them.

The quality of the flowers and packaging is at the highest level! I made a mistake and ordered next day online, when I meant same day. Once I realized my mistake, I contacted Ode and they immediately accommodated my request and made a same day delivery for my wife's birthday! She screamed with delight when she opened the packaging and saw the impressive floral arrangement and the slick/sleek card. Classy, elegant and cool in every way!

It got hand delivered in a lovely light pink box. The box was sturdy and looked like it was made just for my flowers. When I opened the box, I found the most beautiful and luxe flowers inside!
Nonetheless, my flowers were absolutely beautiful and lasted a very long time! With proper care, my flowers lasted almost two weeks! Super vibrant and soft, luxurious flowers!
I'm lucky I have great friends!

AMAZING flowers and customer service. Living in NYC there are so many flower shops to choose from, and I was looking for one to send flowers to my mom on Staten Island for Mother's Day. I was thrilled when I found Ode à la Rose online; their arrangements were beautiful, they had next day delivery even the week of Mother's Day, and delivered to Staten Island. I ordered this beautiful arrangement of Peonies (Caroline), but I mistakenly wrote a typo in my mother's address when ordering.

Placed an order a week and a half in advance for delivery on Valentine's Day for my significant other who is across the country for delivery between 9AM-5PM. I get notification at 6:45AM EST that the flowers left their atelier and is out for delivery. I get no word until 9:15PM EST that it is delivered. That's over 14 hours of the flowers being in transit when the shop is 25-30 min from the delivery address.

I am seriously telling my SO to stop ordering flowers from this place! Enough is enough! Here is my "fresh" Vday bouquet of roses. Their business strategy is pretty much send ladies old flowers and replace it with a fresh complimentary bouquet if they complaint. Which is a great strategy I must admit as most of us won't even complaint because your SO tried to do his best and gave you flowers. Who wants to spoil it?

Omg. I clicked on a Yelp Ad for this place when my good friend's grandmother passed away because we were at work and I needed to have a same day order quick. It was so gorgeous and arrive like two hours later!!! Stunning little mason jar vase with white roses.
And then 6-8 months later, I had surgery and that same friend who I bought flowers for paid it forward and ordered flowers from here for ME. And boy were they jumbo gorgeous white and light yellow. Brightened my day. Stunning! I also love that the owner send you a text and email for feedback the next day. Not begging for any 5 star

Online ordering super easy, flowers beautiful and just as depicted (got pic from both Ode and recipient). Only issue was I chose 9-1 delivery and while received email that flowers left at 11:45, by 1:30 still no confirmation of actual delivery. Reached out to customer service, they responded in less than an hour confirming delivery and offering to contact recipient. I would definitely order from Ode again.

The person who received the flowers loved it! She said it was very beautiful and nicely packaged. Also, I called Ode a la Rose twice just to confirm the delivery time, and each time they were so friendly and willing to help. This was my first time ordering from this company and I have to say I was so impressed with not only the quality but also the customer service. Really great!
