Bluewater At Bolton's Landing Apartments

New management has been very unhelpful (November 2021). We have an issue with our trash service, instead of fixing the problem they handed out fines for people putting trash by the full compactor, instead of leaving full trash bags in their apartments. There are many better options close by on Bees Ferry. Trust me, it looks enticing, but don’t do it. Don’t live here.
UPDATE: Since they responded I want people to know their gesture was empty. I received a hostile email about the trash issue months ago where they illegally charged me a fine for trash that was not mine, which was located at the

We have only been here a couple of weeks, but we love it! So much quieter and nicer than our last apartment. The staff is very friendly, helpful and timely with requests. We're looking forward to all of the events and food trucks

Nice place to live, good prices, but a ridiculous turnover in management. I'm about to start year four of living in this community and this new regime will be the 6th new manager. I hope we finally have found the stability this community deserves.

Not worth what it cost to live here. Could def be a lot better for what it cost to live here. Totally not worth it. Buy a home and save money cause it will be cheaper then living here. And this isn’t luxury living. The apartments are cheap and appliances are junk and so are bathroom or kitchen accessories. And so is laundry room. Never smelt such a smell. Even with flushing and soaking washing machine in Clorox, kitchen faucet you never know where it might spray.

New management company which seems to be even worse than the previous management company. Charges you for services such as trash pick up but half the time you never receive the service. Office employees use the model apartment to smoke pot which infiltrates all of the apartment homes surrounding it. Parking enforcement is terrible so half the time driveways you paid for are blocked. Very poorly run.

Friendly & helpful staff anytime I need something. Maintenance is quick. No complaints after 2+ years here! Would recommend.

This place feels like home. I would like to Thanks Amber, Marcus & Amanda for all there help. The Maintenance team is great & they take care of things in timely manner. Would definitely recommend to others.

Bluewater at Bolton’s Landing was one of the top three complex’s that I was looking forward to looking at, based on the pictures of the grounds. Took it upon myself to walk around the grounds during the day (without someone that way I could get the FULL experience on my own) and was I glad that I did. During the day and at night, there were MULTIPLE people yelling at each other building—building, loud music, people speeding through the grounds, and the trash compactor was over filled with trash hanging out of the door, that was supposed to be closed. As mentioned above.. the people speeding
