I can’t believe these guys are still in business, I had them manage 4 properties in Los Banos that I bought in 2010, 6 months after signing in with them a tenant stops paying, we go through the eviction process and they’re evicted, when I inspect the property it is in absolute shambles, broken front windows, cars parked on the lawn, flooring all damaged and tons of garbage left behind, all after 6 months of ownership.
A few simple drive byes from the management team would have alerted that there’s some kind of problem brewing, total neglect for the 6 months they worked for me, all they did

UPDATE- The house we applied for that we could more than afford, needed to be rented by may 16th... Well guess what, the house is still sitting there EMPTY!
ZERO STARS! Dont waste your time or money. They solely base your application on your credit score so if you have ANYthing neg or lower than perfect credit you will be denied. Our scores are a little low but we have been working real hard to bring them up from really bad. They wouldnt even work with us or take a co-signer. I called before we went and asked if they solely look at credit, i was told that they look at good payments and income

I wish I could give negative stars. They were so rude and unprofessional. We came in to drop off an application. This appears to be a nice office, but most of it is roped off from customers. After several minutes, we were eventually greeted and someone took our applications. There was no invite to take a seat. It was very impersonal. The woman grabbed a highlighter and started marking the applications. She whited out information on mine, stating that it was incomplete. I asked her why and she ignored me. To start we were not even acknowledged when we first walked through the door. Inquired and the unit we were interested in has had no other applications... We paid the $35 (per adult)fee and were told 3 to 5 days to process.
5 days later we called because we hadnt heard anything... we were told they hadnt been able to verify our previous rental history from one place. We gave additional numbers to contact. That was a Friday

Property management agent did not greet or introduced herself, she just opened the door and let us in. I must say it was a very rude experience and uncomfortable tour. Complex had dead & live roaches roaming around in rooms & drawers, & when pointed out to agent, she was so quick to blame it on previous tenant, when clearly next door house looks abandoned. Encountered a bad experience with Central Valley Property Management Inc. & will personally not request another tour through them or recommend their unprofessional service.

I would like to let you know we went yesterday to your office and we have the worst experience ever with the lady in the front desk she was very rude and kind of racist I will say because she have no matters she have no respect and she have not professionalism she never ask how can I help you? or even at least her name she have very bad attitude all the time. Zero stars! Please do not waste your money or time on these people. I rented a home through them for over a year. From day one, i knew there was going to be problems with them. When we first moved in we did a check list of what needs repairs and they never fixed anything. We gave up on calling them after 2 months of living at the home. A year after our lease was up, they raised the rent $100more. That's not it, it gets worse! We gave them our 30 day notice, and did a 2 week walk through inspection because we wanted to make sure we did everything so that we could get our deposit back, so we did

It is really too bad that the only people who write reviews are the unhappy ones. We have had a great experience with this company. They have treated us way better than the other 2 big name companies that we have rented from. We are satisfied beyond belief so far. Look forward to a very long and painless association. They were very prompt sending repairman, who in turn quickly remedied the problem. Highly recommend.

I have been renting with central Valley property for almost 3 years now. They are great. Everyone in the office is very courteous and polite. The few maintenance issues I have had with there rentals they were quick to get someone out to repair the issue. They can take a little longer than other property management's to respond to your application. But that is because there background checks are very thorough. And the best thing is if you take care of the property they are very honest with giving you your deposit back. I got back 100% of my deposit on my first rental with them. I would definitely

I would strongly recommend against renting from Central Valley Property Management. I responded to one of their ads about a place for rent and filled out an application. Shortly after that they called to inform me that it was mine and told me to come down and fill out some paperwork. When I went to sign my lease agreement, they had raised the rent $50 more than what the ad said without telling me.
