Negative 5 , Never or barely communicate with the owners. Always they said miscommunication. They do some WORKS Behind the owners that they need a Extremely permission from the owner of the property. They messed up with Owner‘s investment like their insurance like their loans and etc… Office people some of them are not friendly at all or professional like Maria. they do not like to respond or talk to the owners with the properties update. If you call they will respond after a week or maybe even longer. Never be satisfied.

Though there was a slight misunderstanding at the end of our lease, Maria and her team at New Bridge Management were extremely professional, quick to respond, and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. Our entire experience from start to finish with New Bridge Management was enjoyable and I would highly recommend them for those starting out looking for their first rental!

Negative 5 stars. These people do not go by the law. They do a very poor job at fixing your rented property. They had several unprofessional people work on the house and had to repeatedly fix the same thing over and over again because they would send different people they did not know what they were doing. We had to constantly contact housing authority to contact them because they would not listen and they would try to take advantage. Do not rent from them!

I been with New Bridge for about 6 years and their quality of work has gone down lately there is no response they don’t work with you it takes days for me to get a response from them every time there’s a work order done they take weeks to let us know what’s going on and when I inquire about it they either don’t give me a response or they take weeks I have to call over and over or email them. The communication is horrible

Everything sounded fantastic and their philosophy seemed on track with what I was looking for in a property management company.
So I chose them and it has been nothing but a disappointment for me.
