They are slumlords who don’t fix anything. They are very rude and the manager Josie has an attitude problem. She thinks she’s better than everyone and is so unprofessional. She doesn’t return calls or emails. They will find any way they can to raise your rent and when you move steal your deposit so they don’t have to return it. They make you pay for things they needed to do to the rentals anyway. Don’t even bother to tell them about issues your having because they will find a way to blame you. I had black mold growing in my bathroom and her and her staff told me I needed to clean it while

This place is unprofessional they take family's money that are on programs and promise to get them into a place then always have a excuse as to why they cant help also they like to hang phones up on clients faces and everyone seems like they are management this place is full of incompetent people they think they can just screw ppl over they get assistance from programs and or county help next step is BBB worst experience yet making my second complaint to BBB after your reaction to my review defamation of character now time to contact a lawyer

Josie has been extremely welcoming and helpful through the whole process of getting into my new apartment. It's a nice, clean well maintained place and I love it. Worst mistake I've ever made renting from them years ago. Started off 3 months in got a call saying I hadn't paid my rent for 2 months prior. Brought a copy of the check they cashed and cleared that up. Next Upstairs bathroom pipe broke and ruined the ceiling. Took 6 months of having a 3 foot hole in the living room before they finally sent someone to only cover it with sheet rock and leave. No paint no finish. This was a really nice house in a really nice neighborhood. I was paying top dollar. Couldn't wait for lease to be up and when it was I gave them a 30 day notice and moved out. Neved recieved

I am a property owner, and have to say from my perspective this is not easy whatsoever. Through it all (renter issues, property issues, property renovation, etc) the management at Landlords has gotten me through in a professional, fair (on both sides), and conscientious manner. I thank them tremendously for their help.
