I’ve lived here for two years. These are the worst apartments I’ve ever leased with. I was showed a nice remodeled apartment and was excited to sign a lease. But I ended up with a old outdated apartment. Upon moving in my apartment was not move in ready and still after two years still not! Refrigerator has duck tape on the doors to keep from falling apart. When I reported to the Manager she informed me that unless the refrigerator stop working I can not request a new one. Talk about luxury living 🤣. Don’t let the photos fool you. Do not rent from Pinecroth worst mistake!

This is the worst apartment to live in. I regret living in this apartment. Theirs roaches everywhere although I just moved there like months ago. The bugs are basically all over the place. I called so they can do something about it, but no one has came. Oh, I almost forgot about the spiders, if you have kids be careful with the spiders because you will see them and their nesting place. The noises is so much you won't be able to sleep at night. I work at home so I need it quiet, but nothing they've done about it. It'll be 3am and you'll hear people walking around and just loud noise. I hate this

Correct me if I’m wrong, but today October 31, Halloween 2019, you had a face painter that your company contracted show up 20 minutes early to set up for all the kids in the complex especially with the storm and everything going on no one no one can go out really trick-or-treating she shows up anyway to face paint for your company only to be told well the girl that signed you up doesn’t work here any longer. Keep in mind, that Halloween is the Super Bowl for face and body painters. They get at least 50 or more requests for face painting each Halloween. This year, the face painter that

I lived there for two years slightly after graduating from college on the back side of the property overlooking the interstate. Price was fair and water, gas, internet and cable are included. Keana was one of the best property managers I could ask for. Very knowledgeable and always got things done quickly. Great apartment for someone looking to save or learn how to budget. The small one bedroom is a great starter apartment for a single. I was never worried about my safety there, not ONCE. If you mind hearing the interstate I would recommend living closer to the leasing office so you are not overlooking

This place just flooded and it is a fact that 42 bottom units were condemned. They rented the apartments knowing these apartments would flood and in violation of code. When they tried to remodel the apartments, inspectors put a stop work order and condemned because they have always flooded since they’ve been there.
Do they care that almost 50 apartment residents lost everything they had? A lot of the belongings can’t be replaced. Stuff that’s been passed down generations.
Can you believe they are refusing to replace anything even though they are responsible. They have lawyered up.
