Outstanding service and flower quality! We initially encountered a problem with my order, but it was handled in the sweetest way with utmost care, and the flowers I received were absolutely gorgeous.
So on Friday morning, I ordered a dozen of pink peonies to be delivered Saturday night so that I can gift it to someone on Sunday morning. Being someone who rarely orders flowers and don’t know how to care for them, I panicked a little and asked lots of questions. The florist I talked to on the phone was very nice and calm and provided very helpful concise answers and informative overnight flower

I do not normally write reviews on here but this service was one of a kind. Placing an order online was super easy and the arrangement was stunning. I wanted to send my 4 year old granddaughter balloons for her birthday, but lost track of time, and living out west thought it was a lost cause. Flordel is AMAZING! Balloons arrived in an hour from when I ordered them. They were fabulous, and are her favorite birthday present! I was pleasantly surprised when got a beautifully boxed dozen of long stem roses for my birthday. But that was until I actually proceeded to take them out of the box. Most leaves were dry and fell on the floor immediately then followed by some petals. The flowers were not fresh at all despite having little water containers attached to the stems. I just felt bad for my retiree mom who spent $100 to have wilted dry bouquet delivered instead of a fresh dozen. I cut the stems and submerged in fresh water but they are still half dead hours later:(( DO NOT RECOMMEND

I heartily recommend FLORDEL based on the terrific experience we've had. Only yesterday, I decided to resurrect a tradition from my younger days, and give a corsage (not with ribbons, bubble gum this time:) to a friend, so others would know today is her special day.
Mark at Flordel was wonderfully responsive, helpful and this morning I had exactly what I wanted: a simple, elegant orchid corsage at a VERY reasonable price. Sorry I didn't take a photo. It looked very much like this orchld boutinnaire, without the stem, of course.

Like the other reviewer stated this place is HORRIBLE with the worst customer service. Do not order anything from here. I ordered balloons for my birthday and I clearly stated that I wanted a specific color which I did not get and one of the letter balloons in HAPPY BIRTHDAY was deflated. The 12 confetti balloons that I ordered only floated for maybe an hour. This place sucks and the person that I was corresponding with, Mark, does not know what good customer service is, I would never recommend this place. If they can not deliver what the customer paid for they should not be in business. WASTE

I wish I could give zero stars. I needed these flowers for a funeral ASAP. I ordered the flowers around 9 pm on Thursday and the confirmation page confirmed I could pick up the flowers the following day Friday between 9-7. I tried calling the numbers on the website but no response. So I wrote in the chat they had available last night and I received a response today (Friday) at 5 pm stating that they would have it ready for me tomorrow (Saturday). I'm happy to say I didn't have to pay because it gave me an option to pay at the time of pick up. So I didn't lose any money. But seriously
