Proper maintenance and prong re-tipping can prevent precious diamonds or gemstones from falling out of your jewelry. We inspect your jewelry mountings and prongs for any damage or defects that might jeopardize the stability of your diamonds and gemstones. Some rings have shanks that might complicate the ability to size or repair and thus can decrease the life of the ring.
Our custom jewelry design process begins with you and your ideas. We start by meeting with you and sketching your design concepts on paper and in our CAD/Cam milling machine. This machine allows the designer to draw a customer's jewelry design on the computer using special software. Once designs are approved, we begin the process of bringing your ideas to life.

Worst jeweler and family I have ever met!! Not only was the work I discussed with them not completed, materials that I supplied missing, I was also called a liar. My first visit with Rick was a learning experience. I left happy with the design we choose and couldn’t wait to get it back. There was bit a time frame given as to when it would be finished as they were moving stores. I was tryin to be patient and give them the time needed. So after about 4 months I had not heard anything, so I stopped by on my lunch break and was told they couldn’t find my items. Was offered excuse that maybe it

We chose Rick Terry Jewelry because of the excellent reviews, and we were not disappointed. We needed a ring restored that had been passed down thru generations and needed some major repairs. I brought a stainless steel chain to Rick Terry Jewelers for a broken link repair. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They told me it would be ready in about 10 days and the price was very reasonable. I received a text message 3 days later that my chain was ready. The repair was flawless. This was my second visit here; the first time was several years ago when I lost a diamond chip in my wedding ring set. After having it looked at by two other jewelers in town, Rick Terry’s experts did a wonderful job!

I can’t say enough good things about Rick Terry Jewelery Designs. We have occasionally looked at other stores or online for inspiration, but we always find ourselves back here. The customer service, the fact that they’re family owned, and their ability to make anything custom to your needs at affordable prices makes them impossible to beat. My husband and I were looking for a jeweler to create a custom wedding band to go with my engagement ring.
