I reluctantly paid twice as much as I would have at a big box jeweler to have my engagement ring head replaced and the solitaire reset. I also took this opportunity to have my rings redipped.
Not only did TK fix my rings in a timely manner, but they appear to be in the same condition as when they were first purchased in 2004. Every other time I've had my rings redipped at Helzburg, I could still see wear and tear in the metal. TK did a WONDERFUL job and were well worth the money. I'm very pleased. Thank you. You've earned a forever customer.
