We have been customers, by no means their highest volume customers of Bill Enix and his crew for years. We recently had some jewelry work done on a couple of rings and the work was perfect, fair-priced and quickly completed.

This is the best jewelry store in Knoxville! They have such a family atmosphere and they can work miracles on rings! My husbands ring was bought in the 90's and Bills team made it look brand new!! Don't waste your time anywhere else, this is the place to be!

All three of our sons were married in the past year. Enix Jewelry was their first, last, and only stop for beautiful timeless pieces that my daughters in law now treasure. Bill made the process easy and our sons were grateful to work with him. Thank you Enix.

Kind of disappointed in this place. We have shopped here for the past 36 years. This is were we bought our wedding rings. We were there a day or two ago. The woman that helped us wasn't all that friendly. Bill has always been very good to my wife and I.

Bought Sapphire a toe ring here some years back, and probably coming back in the near future to get her a new one. Ya see, she never thought she could get another one, cause over the years as her feet have swelled, she just thought that sucker was permanently stuck on there. Well, when she told me all that and how she'd like a new one, the wheels started turning in the Duke's head. I says, "kick that sucker up here and let ol' Duke have a look." I lathered up her toe with some mayonnaise off of the sandwich I was eating. Had to do some twisting and turning, but we got it
