Danny is a second-generation jeweler and learned the business from his father, Jim. He has more than 30 years of business experience inside and outside the jewelry industry, 19 of those with Kimball's Jewelers. Danny is responsible for the store's financial management, vendor relations, operations, purchasing, client sales and services, and property management.

Being in sales, it's all about building relationships with your clients. It's not about being a salesman, but being a human being when it comes to prices on Jewelry or whatever the case may be.

After years of looking for a different look and wanting to update/upgrade my engagement and wedding rings, I stumbled into Kimbals. (I’m from Florida). I was so fortunate to have been greeted by Shannon who was very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff (Bo & Nicole) were knowledgeable, listened to our needs, and tailored what we were shown and suggested appropriately to those needs. Selection was great and they were staffed well enough that every customer was taken care of. This was our third visit and would be our first stop for future needs.

I'm not a local to the area, but worked with them very easily and quickly over the phone. Should be getting the my new watch in this week and can't wait, was looking for it everywhere new. The sales staff answered all my questions, and got my watch set for delivery quickly. Just wish I would have received a receipt to my email at the time of purchase, but I'm sure it will come in with my watch.
