Services
All dogs require up-to-date rabies vaccine documentation and certification of the dog's breed from a veterinarian. A current local license number and photo of each pet are required before pet move-in.
Purebred and/or any mixed form of the following breeds are currently restricted in our communities: Pit Bull Breeds (includes American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweilers, Dobermans, and Wolf Hybrids (any dog that is part wolf and part domestic dog).

Been living here for about five months maintenance came in to do some fire extinguisher checks the next day I noticed my laptop my laptop charger $200 in personal items missing with no evidence of forced entry my door was re-locked which may lead me to believe that someone had a key to get in when I brought this up to the property management they did not take me seriously and told me that it was my own personal property and they couldn’t do anything about it. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE

For the past year, from our three years living here, not one, not two, but three maintenance men advices to the office to replace our sinks from the Kitchen, Main Bathroom and Guest Bathroom. But this was never replaced. This was a mentioned by a previous maintenance man Fernando, and a current maintenance man (I don't know his name, but lives on property) said that they all have to be replaced. All the sinks are rusted, by Fernando's perspective. But never had service from this place. Also, the filter through the ac/ heater were never replaced yearly.

Maintenance at Prisma Apartments is kind of a joke. We have several items missing (screen windows, full working closets, a clean carpet), and we called one year ago to fix the priblems, and we are still waiting. They have not moved a finger to fix our problems and I am breaking my lease so we can leave this nightmare behind.

We've lived at Prisma since the summer and have been exceptionally supported by Carolina. She's responsive and helpful and is always willing to answer questions! There is a pretty big lag in getting maintenance work orders fulfilled and completed which has been the biggest negative since moving in. Hopefully they can hire some more maintenance staff so they are able to complete the orders in a timely manner. The renovations to the property and the apartments are nice and make the space feel updated.

VERY RUDE STAFF! Including manager! My experience in the beginning was somewhat pleasant. I turned in my 60 day notice to vacate right before the COVID-19. The week of move out I had some issues and reached out to the staff. I asked if their was a way they could give me an extension and was rudely told NO! No consideration towards what I was dealing with. Now 2 months later I get hit with a bill for insufficient notice when I turned in my notice to vacate. I sat in the office and completed it. Jonah the manager was very unprofessional and rude when I called to inquire about these charges. Nice

My mother has lived here for some time now, and she loves her home and the area. She was sad to hear that the old management was gone. But she was happy to see all the new changes around the property,. She never saw the old Manager walking the property. Me and my mother did see the new manager out on property, we are just glade to see that she cares to come out of that office.

I called today about moving in August. They had a two bedroom available for August 12th (perfect!!!) and Donna was able to help me get the majority of what I needed done today. She did our screening within hours of us submitting the application and explained how to get the money order for the hold as I have never had to get one or fill one out before. She then explained everything we needed to do before move in very clearly and sent me an email so I wouldn’t forget anything. Yeah, the apartments are nice. But one thing they don’t tell you up front is how much electric they use. I’m one person, and my electric bill this winter was always around $140. I asked the office about it and they told me thats just the way it is. That is a TON for electric and it was still always cold in my apartment. Take that into consideration before moving in. The parking situation is god awful, the spaces are not nearly big enough and people have hit my car numerous times. It is also, and this is probably the **most important**, not a safe place to live. I have lived here for a while now and I can say it’s been a decent stay. The apartment layout I actually really love lots of space ❤️. I rarely hear anyone while in my apartment. The maintenance around the apartment is kept up and is actually really prettty to walk around. The cooler is nice but heating could use some work even though we have a fireplace it sometimes gets hard to keep the apartment warm without sky rocketing our electric bill. For being how old the apartments are they are well kept up inside. Though very old plumbing constantly has issues with that and maintenance isn’t
