I've lived here since 2015. I liked it. Past tense. I now pay 50% more in rent. There are many issues this place has i.e. poor management of the property, the gym with broken equipment that's now been closed for 1.5 years, the clubhouse for 2 years, increase in rent with poor service and faulty appliances, etc, but I'm just going to write about what I'm currently experiencing. The outside makes the place look nice but we didn't even finish our one year lease. Office is slow and unresponsive, maintenance doesn't come on the day they said they would and end up coming a couple days later with no notice. The neighbors on all floors are super noisy. No security at all because we've had several homeless or drunk people walk through the community in the early morning hours screaming their heads off and looking into cars.

Do not rent from this dishonest and unethical company! If I could give a negative rating I would.My partner and I lived at this property for 2 years and were great tenants. The lower management and maintanence team were friendly, but corporate greed drives this property. Pool always out of order, gym is dirty with barely any working equipment. Upon move out we left our apartment in top condition and because of Covid 19 we were not able to do a walkthrough with management. The worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. They take forever to finish maintenance (still waiting on things I told them about a year ago, and put in requests twice). They're usually pretty rude. People are always parked in my assigned spot and management does nothing about it when I complain. I've had the same car in my spot for 5 days now and it took me 3 1/2 days to get them to even tag the car. Now its supposed to have been towed but it's still there! The amount they post online on their website for rent is always wrong so you get charged late fees if you believe it. My boyfriends truck

Let's start with this, if you have a dog and you don't like to pick after it, this is definitely a place that you are going to love!
Then comes the service, I gave it a one star only because yelp does not allow me to give this unprofessional business a MINUS 5 stars...
Here is the short list: I had to wait over 7 months for the management to replace a poor working refrigerator (They sent me every 2 weeks another "clueless expert"

Our toilet flooded out of no where saturday night around 10:30pm. Durango Canyon is suppose to have a 24 hour emergency service that will respond to you quickly and come fix it for you. We called the number and it went straight to voicemail. Called from several different phones and it went straight to voicemail. If we hadn't turned our water off, our apartment would have been flooded. Why have a 24 hour emergency service when no one will answer the phone nor get back to us. This is completely unsatisfying as an apartment renter. We went down to the office monday to talk to someone about it

I currently live here, and it’s terrible! I would definitely take your business somewhere else. To start of, a few cars on my side of the building were broken into because they failed to fix the gate, and the gates should be closed during the daytime as well not just in the evenings. The gym is a sad excuse, there are only about three machines and one is for arms. And it is not 24 hrs. They close at 5 and the only gym they have open is the one across street.

These people reviewing are incredibly sensitive. No apartment complex is perfect with lightning quick service. It just isn't reasonable unless you're in some luxury complex staffed 24 hours. I have lived here for 2 years and management and staff have been nothing but nice and for the most part service requests are handled in a timely manner. They work hard. Apartments have nice layouts and the amenities around the property are good too. Gym, multiple pools, and very pet friendly. I could easily recommend this place to anyone I know looking for a place to rent.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Durango Canyon is the most usurious rental company in Vegas, in my opinion. They found two stains on my carpet that could be easily removed with a carpet cleaning (something they told me not to do as they would be cleaning the carpets anyway.) They proceeded to charge me almost $600 to replace their carpets. Mind you, where they pulled the carpet to find one of the stains is underneath where my couch sat on the floor since day one inthe apartment so there is no way I spilled anything there. Interestingly, they somehow knew exactly where to pull these carpets

I must say that I really really love the layout of my apartment and the grounds of this property which is very well kept. Additionally, Iam so impressed with the quick turnaround time it took for me to apply to getting an approval. Tiffani Le my leasing agent was simply wonderful and very attentive in making sure all of my questions were answered. She made the leasing process so seamless. . I will definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is is looking for a spacious luxury

As much as I want to leave 5 stars, when I moved out after breaking my lease to move back to care for my family, they never gave me back my pet deposit. I did as the leased stated, paid the extra months rent and still, didn’t get my deposit back. When I left my apartment, it was clean and had the carpet cleaned (they kept the copy of the receipt of it being cleaned) I had contacted them via phone for 3 months and no one ever returned my calls. Poor customer service. They will be quick to take your money, but when you leave, they won’t return the deposit. Don’t rent from them.

I been living here for over 3 years they are worthless!!! In the time i been here, my rent went up $200 and they don't follow the orders we placed when something has happen or something is wrong in the apartment. Visited friends who have been residents only 6 weeks. Apartment home was pristine, nestled quietly beside trees. Peaceful setting. Inside everything looked great, a stainless steel sink that was deep enough to bathe a baby. Bedrooms were roomy and the closest were huge. Both bathrooms above average. And the washer and dryer were premium, well hidden laundry area was a bonus. Although on a sweet summer afternoon the parking lot was busy, no noises heard in the upper level. It used to be great when we moved in 2011, however things started to change when everyone was either moved or fired. The maintenace guys were good and there is only so much that can be done when you have an office staff full of people that are lazy. Everyone in the office was rude and had some kind of attitude, except for Terri no matter what she always had a smile on her face and always said hello. My family and I moved out in April of 2017 and have yet to get our refund for turning in the wireless remotes. Pools always seem dirty full of leaves trash and dirt, I can't blame all that on maintenance

Maintenance guys are slow that's the only thing I gotta say but they get the job done rite and are always friendly.

I guess I'm the only person who likes living here! The apartments are so spacious, have huge bathtubs, the kitchen has a bunch of cupboard space, and I love my neighbors. They are so wonderful, I'm a single mom of a newborn and they have given me gifts, and helped me move in, take out trash etc. And I guess I'm the only one who likes the office staff! To add to my recent review. Went back to the apartment today to retrieve a few things we had left behind. Because of the crime we left immediately and I'm so grateful that we did because look what we returned to. Office doesn't even show any remorse.
