Russell was super thorough and professional. He genuinely inspected our home as if it were his own and took careful notes and pictures that were reflected in his report. The report was completed by the next day, as he knew I was pressed for time. I was able to use this report to try and negotiate with the seller to make the necessary repairs and he even helped us prioritize a list of our future "to do" projects. I cannot rave enough about the job that Russell did when purchasing our home in Rutherford. He thoroughly answered all questions before and after the inspection and followed up to explain our radon reading. Prior to going into the home, he recommended that a plumber assess our piping, due to the age of the house. This was a great recommendation and assisted us with the negotiating process. He meticulously looked at every possible thing that could be wrong and wrote it up in a detailed report with pictures. Our realtor and the sellers realtor both commented on the thoroughness of his job.

The home inspector from the Next Generation Home Inspections LLC, Mr. Russel was amazing. He got to the site 30 min before the scheduled time.
He started inspecting the roof and surrounding areas with the drone. As he started inspecting, he was very thorough with every detail. Being a first-time buyer, I had no ideas as to what to look for what would require attention. Russell was educating me as he was inspecting different areas of the house.
