Apartments got new owners about a year ago, they just sent out letters saying, with a 30 day notice, rent will be increased by over 50% (currently about 1300/month to just over 1950/month) so that’s the kinda greedy people running this place. I was under the impression rent could only be increased by 10-20% a year... anyway just a heads up for anyone considering this place.

Please validate these reviews for your self at the apartment before signing your lease!
-Walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations.
-Insulation is non-existent.
-Plumbing bangs against the walls when anyone in or around the complex turns the water on.
-Upstairs floors crack and creek with every step.
-Managemt and maintanence does not take care of work orders.
-Environment does not feel safe.
Aside from that... if you want to over pay for a small peak of the bay from your balcany, feel free to rent an outdated apartment complex with useless employees for extremely
