The condition of every major component from the roof to the crawl space including major and minor deficiencies are covered in the reports. The inspector will advise you of any major expenditures, safety concerns and maintenance tips. Our Home Inspector will review the detailed report with you to make sure you understand everything and answer any remaining questions.

Mark is a professional and is very detailed in his inspection reports. I relied on his report to make my home purchase and was glad he was part of the process. He knows everything there is to know about a house and has a sharp eye to pick out anything that looks out of place. Most importantly, he spends the time after the inspection to personally explain to me and my agent all the main problems he noticed. I have know Mark since 2007 when I got his help to inspect my home. He did an excellent job of inspecting the property and patiently explaining all the things he found. I usually don't write reviews period! However, I felt compelled to write this review so I can share it with others. My wife and I hired Home Integrity to do a home inspection for us. From the very get go Mark was polite on the phone, arranged a time that worked for both of us, was a true professional throughout the inspection processes, and was extremely detailed with his summary. I would highly recommend Mark and Home Integrity when you need a home inspection. Mark is a great guy, and in my opinion is an expert in his field.

We hired Mark for a buyer's home inspection in Danville, and were very pleased with his service. Mark's expertise was obvious from the beginning, but he really stands out for his ability to put things into perspective and explain everything simply and concisely. This was very helpful not only during the onsite review, but also in his written report, which he provided on the same day of the inspection.

He was quick with response, punctual, friendly, extremely thorough and was clear in answers to questions I had. Mark was a consummate professional in performing our home inspection. He worked efficiently in the face of less-than-ideal circumstances, yet his analysis was thorough and detailed. Mark was thorough and clearly knows what he is doing. He found a number of things that in the end allowed me to be in a strong position of negotiating with the seller.
The reason Mark didn't get a 5 star was he said upfront to not interrupt him so he could finish everything. But then at the end, again didn't ensure we were fully satisfied in terms of any questions. It felt rushed.

Mark was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in our home inspection last summer. His price was extremely reasonable compared to others and he provided a thorough verbal summary and a nice, long report of findings. When our heater was having issues turning on a week after we moved in, the home warranty company was giving us a bit of trouble about covering the repair. We referred to Mark's detailed report where he specifically called out that the heater was in working condition and the warranty company ended up covering the repair. Woo-hoo!

Mark is professional and a great communicator. After considering a couple of inspectors on Yelp, I chose Mark because of his quick replies over email in supplying a sample report and estimated cost.
Mark is flexible for the quick turnaround (scheduled our inspection within a couple days) in our inspection period. I appreciate how he uses a 3rd party for a roof and termite inspections....I'd prefer the professionals who encounter these specialties everyday to look for problems.

Mark came on my home early and deliver the report just in the day. The report is very clear and has a lot of pictures and details. Only thing I think is not perfect it the roof inspection which was done by the 3rd party. That report doesn't has pictures and details. But overall I want to give him 5 stars.

Amazing service from Home Integrity!!! We have NEVER had a home inspection this thorough! We were buying a new home, but there were still important issues that needed to be addressed. We were so grateful for the amount of time taken to cover every issue. I must say the price is also quite reasonable. I don't write reviews, but with service this good, we wanted to spread the word. Give them a shot! The 38 page report was worth every penny.

Mark has been fantastic. Mark came out early to do a home inspection on a purchase knowing that the current owners were not there and got a head start on outside inspections. Once we got started with the interiors he was clear about his process and that we would have a moment at the end to debrief and have any questions answered.

Mark came out to do a structural evaluation of my home. He was very thorough and gave very practical advice on our issues. He could have charged more for additional services very easily but explained why it would be prudent to do something else. He also discovered a gas leak which could have turned into something far worse. He was prompt, professional, honest and very knowledgable. I wish all service providers went about their business like Mark.

I didn't need a home inspection for the purchase of my new home, however it was in my best interest to have one considering the age of my house. Mark with Home Integrity came highly recommended by my cousin who recently used him. HE WAS AMAZING!!! The inspection was THOROUGH! His report was easy to read and organized. Mark came to our new house to do a home inspection before our 1 year home warranty was up. My wife and I weren't sure if we should get an inspection on a new home but we felt that we should do it in case the homebuilder overlooked something. Mark was very thorough and detailed oriented examining everything from the foundation to the attic. I was contemplating on home inspections for the last month or so.. and decided.. well, if I am investing on somewhat a lifetime of payments, I better make sure I am paying for something that at least won't give me a lifetime of grief from the start.
