Maximo's Inspection is owned and operated by Rick Evans. Rick has been working in construction since 2000 and uses his 20 years of experience to help homebuyers make well-informed investments. After being exposed to the home inspection industry by a friend in real estate, Rick saw a demand in the industry that he knew he was more than qualified to fulfill.
Maximo's Inspection adheres to the strict Standards of Practice (SOP) as stated by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Home inspections are detailed reports that consist of finding damages and safety defects that home buyers need to know before moving forward with their investment.
