Anyone who is planning a wedding knows, decor and floral arrangements can be a daunting task. Pinterest consumes all your free time, you memorize the different types of flowers, you practice arranging flowers from the bodega on the corner and just when you think you know it all, Superior Florist proves to you why they are indeed "Superior!"
I wish I could give ten stars. We were exploring the floral district and at this point, we're exhausted from talking to so many florists who were quoting us ridiculous prices ($125 for a set of three small bud vases?!?!). I had come to the conclusion that I would order wholesale and do it myself. We then walked into Superior around closing time and Stephen stayed with us and helped us choose the perfect flowers.

Superior was there for my mom’s memorial. Sam committed to make it a wonderful and beautiful affair and he delivered so wonderfully. The flowers and designs were perfect and so true to the tastes and colors that I described for my mom. He also designed a gorgeous flowered frame for my moms picture that was beyond expectations. Thank you for being such an important part of these proceedings. I would recommend to anyone.

Very sweet business and business owner. I came in looking for a bouquet and the gentleman there put together a lovely arrangement for me. Very tasteful and beautiful, exactly what I was looking for. He said I was their first customer of the day and he added more flowers for me. The other workers there were also very nice and friendly. This is a lovely place and I will definitely support this business in the future.

Steve did an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding. He worked with our ideas, gave helpful and thoughtful suggestions, and ultimately created stunning works of art. Our chuppah looked like something out of a fairy tale with a curtain of pink flowers that looked like they were floating against the Manhattan skyline and the bridal bouquet and table arrangements were beautiful. Steve was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He was incredibly flexible when we had to change our wedding plans due to COVID. We can't wait to see what the team at Superior Florist puts together for our big party

I always have fresh flowers in the house and a true love for flowers. My boyfriend got me beautiful long stem roses for Valentine's Day and went out of his way to come here. They were all dead within three days. I know it's a holiday but that's ridiculous and quite frankly, unacceptable. Overpriced, poor quality, Would not recommend!

The flowers I ordered online didn't look like on picture. There were much less flowers, and they were all bad quality, not fresh. I was so upset! It took me a long time to find a nice bouquet for my mom's birthday, and I was so ashamed that she got this horrible arrangement from me on her day! It's so disappointing! And I spent 100$ for it. Not worth it at all!

I can't say enough nice things about Sam at Superior Florists. He helped design floral arrangements for my rehearsal dinner and I couldn't be happier! I got so many comments on how beautiful they were throughout the night. I highly recommend Superior Florists.. they are truly fantastic and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process!

Steve made our wedding absolutely beautiful thanks to the gorgeous arrangements and bouquets he delivered. I cannot recommend Superior Florist enough. The value was tremendous and Steve was a pleasure to work with. He was happy to talk through what we were looking for and understood our need to stay on budget. Walked by as I was going to meet an old friend I hadn't seen in three years. It's a small store but inviting so I went in to get a bouquet as a gift for my old pal. They sell vases and other accessories too.
The man serving me was friendly and asked what I was looking for. I gave him my budget and said I wanted colourful! He put together the flower arrangement then and there and was it very impressive. I was delighted with it and so was my friend Lauren R.
Great little store on a busy street, take a moment to smell the roses next time you are walking past.

Wonderful family owned business for generations with amazing customer service. Originally, flowers were delivered while I was away so when I arrived home they were no longer alive. I notified the florist and they instantly said they would replace them and were so apologetic. They put together such an amazing beautiful arrangement to replace the other ones, that lasted almost two weeks.

Inventory 5/5: All of the flowers looked fresh and well maintained. The fall decorations I purchased were not dried out and still had the stems attached (which I cannot say for pumpkins and gourds at other shops). They had a huge variety of vases and other decorations as well.
Price 5/5: You can't beat their prices. Small pumpkins are 6 for $5. Larger ones are under $5 or $10. They have a large selection of gourds and corn as well, and during the winter months there are tons of spruce and fir.

Not many options when you walk in. The guy asked me if I was looking for anything particular so I said, well yeah...let's start out with some umm....FLOWERS!! Where are they?! He went towards the back in the "flower fridge" showed me some mini roses. Grabbed a handful and said he would give me these for 10 bucks.
I took them...only because they were spring colors and they were still relatively closed buds.
