Management here are so rude and they don't give a chance to explain the situation.They will add excessive fines to your account .Becareful guys.They charge for holidays but if you left trash the next day.They will fine you.
They mentioned wear and tear is ok unless we break somthing but they are charging for drip pans 35 dollars .Is the not wear and tear.
2.We have lease until nine months .You have to reach them before 2 months and you have mention otherwise .You will be fine the next day.
Is is an apartment or penalty agency😀.

DON'T MOVE HERE!!! These people will rip you off in fees! And never move out because they will charge you for everything. I was charged for all kitchen appliances even though they were working, blinds, everything!!! $5,000 dollars! I have lived several places and never went through anything like this!

We lived at Prescott Place for 4 years, moving out this past May. It was a great place to live and we don't have any real complaints about our time there. No place is perfect and living in an apartment means you'll have to navigate life with neighbors who have their own things going on. That being said, management was always responsive if we had a concern to raise and always treated us fairly. Jennifer, the property manager, showed us our apartment on day one, handled our application, and guided us through the move-out process in the end. She was always respectful and understanding if an issue

My husband and I lived in these apartments from March 2018-March 2021. If you are someone who values a quieter apartment complex this is NOT, I repeat is NOT the place for you. A lot more younger and louder residents started to move in the last year. You’ve seen in several of these reviews that the walls are paper thin and I can vouch for that. You can hear everything from the neighbors above or below you. Obviously with apartment living you expect some noise, but our experience was not that. For the most part, I enjoyed living at this apartment complex. The rent (seems like) a great rate for a lot of space. However, when we moved out we were slapped with a lot of fees. I have rented for many years and this has never happened before, not even in campus housing. I think everyone should be warned that yes the rent looks cheap, but it really wasn't when you are charged a lot in fees for things that do not make sense. I am so disappointed about this, especially because I would have recommended it before they completely ripped us off with those fees.

Pretty average apartment in a nice area. But honestly if your looking to move in the neighborhood just go across the street from this Place. It seems as the longer I live here the more problems and issues arise from this company. Old appliances(newer ones at complex across street) and when I moved in most of the things that had some ramen on them they didn’t even repair; probably to try and charge me for it later on. Paid for parking passes I still 2 years later haven’t gotten and when I got a new car they said I had to bring the old pass first which I never got. When my pet passed away I asked

Honestly! These apartments are not prefect for everyone but my apartment is perfect for me! The price I got on my place is awesome! The management and office always respond to me quickly and show care for any issues I have! I feel safe here. It’s comforting. I’m really happy living here :-)

I lived at Prescott for three years, and honestly would still be living there if I didn’t move in to a house with move space. I lived in the two bed, one bath layout, which instead of a second bathroom the master bed had a huge walk-in closet.
Rent was a little bit of a sticker shock at first because I relocated from the Akron area to Columbus, but it never went up more than $25 dollars each year for me. Here are some of the things I liked:

Dont move here. the staff is really bad and the property manager jennifer ebright is the worst. if you ever have an issue, get it in writing. the 6 months we lived here. we kept getting harassed by jen. and if a tentant dog bites you, dont expect the staff to do their job. they will say its a misunder standing. be care of sarah. who lives in 7151… C, on Croft Farm Drive. beware of her and her dog. and if she dont like you, she will record you and complain to jennifer. this place is the worst place i have ever lived.

I have been living in this place for 4 years and I had never had a complaint .. unfortunately today that changes because the treatment of the office staff is no longer the same, previously towards a maintenance request and the same day they fixed what it was wrong in my apartment but now I have to make the request several times to fix anything,… there is a new gentleman in the office who is very rude to serve the residents (also he care more about the cellphone than a resident when you go to the office) of the community and if you fall behind for any inconvenience with the rent you they

My family and I have lived here since June 2018, and have been exceptionally happy with our decision. The staff has been friendly, efficient and helpful in many ways. Maintenance has been quick when needed. The property is clean and well kept. Also, pet friendly. And the staff always does little events or gatherings to include the residents. A great place to live!

We've lived here for about a year and have been really happy with our decision. The Prescott Place staff has been great to work with, answering questions and addressing maintenance concerns quickly. Apartments and grounds are well-maintained and in good condition. Amenities are nice (the pool is almost never overrun with people!) and the location makes traveling to most places in Columbus easy.
