Services
You will meet one-on-one with your Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, in-person or virtually, to discuss your needs. Initial sessions are comprehensive and typically take about 60-75 minutes in length. We will discuss your full health history including medical conditions, training schedule, eating preferences and schedules and develop a plan that will work for you.
We understand the unique goals and struggles of athletes. Often times athletes are under-fueling, not always intentionally, but this can lead to decreased performance and long-term negative health consequences later in life. We help you conquer low energy availability, The Female Athlete Triad, disordered eating and body dissatisfaction.
Whether you are just starting on your journey or need extra support before or after treatment, we can help. Our team has a passion for this work. We have received and continue to receive specialized training in the treatment of eating disorders. Our approach is flexible, non-diet, and weight inclusive.
Do you need a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to provide services for you but you don't want to commit to hiring someone part time or full time? It is often a requirement of behavioral health facilities to have a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) on staff or contract to fulfill state or other regulatory authorities such as Jahco requirements for proper nutrition management.
Yes, you must cancel/reschedule your appointment prior to 24 business hours notice without penalty. If you cancel/reschedule or no-show to your appointment with less than 24 business hours notice there is a $75 late cancelation fee. If All Star Dietitian is not in network with your insurance plan, we can provide a "superbill" that you can use to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
