I am beginning to believe that it is not the ice machine as this is the third time it has been changed out since the original one broke. It is still not giving ice in a timely fashion (10 ice cubes a day). It would be fantastic if I could get one that works as well as the original one.

My experience with this complex started off great when I first moved in. Since I have been here over a year it has gone down hill. The leasing office doesn't care about their tenants and seemed to be more concerned on if and when you can pay your rent. The maintenance is awful, let me be clear not all of them but a specific one. He would rather lie to office and say he was not able to complete the order due to a dog being in your unit, over telling the truth and saying you sat in your golf cart for 2 hours on your phone over knocking on my door to fix what is needed. The reason for the low score is because when I first moved in 12/1/2020. There where to many problems. No screen on any of the windows. The bathroom wall has a hole in it from the knob. The kitchen cabinets we here old and ragged had to get them replace they only replace one draw say they had to order more 8 months later still no new draws. Knat infestation. Til this day no letter on my door. The manager told me I complain to much. I had to get the patio door fixed. Four months after moving in my front door was shot into. Called police. Have no idea why or who. Now my rent is going up to $200 more

I do apologize that my concern about the dining area light fixture may have been something major, I am thankful it was just a light bulb change. The other issue was the cabinets that need to be fixed and I understand this will be done by someone else. Also the batn finishing I guess will be done by someone else, as well as the peeling in the bathtub.

I’ve came to clean head twice and the lady at the leasing office ignored me while sitting at her desk and the door was locked it says they open and 9am and when I got here there was a sign that said they open at 10am because they were doing tours which was a lie and now it says they open at 11am because they are doing tour but she is the building sitting at her desk with the door locked.

The property was clean and quiet. The apartments looked inviting and relaxing. I am considering this place because of its convenient location to everything. The trash compactor wasn't overflowing with debris and the outside porch areas weren't stained with the residue of garbage stains. The lighting was perfect and the abundance of trees made for an even more beautiful enhancement.

I moved in here in July and I’m not sure if it’s because of the current pandemic or what but the staff in the office always seem to be pretty busy/overwhelmed. The main issue I’ve been experiencing is clear communication with them. My mailbox key gets stuck and I’ve been waiting to get my other key back for awhile now. Every time I ask for it I don’t really get a clear answer as to why I haven’t received it yet. My toilet seems to be broken, it continues to run after I flush it and I mentioned it a lil after move in along with other maintenance request and this is the only thing that

As a prospective tenant that is relocating from OUT OF STATE, communication is key. I have yet to hear from this place via email. I have set up virtual tours several times. Not once did I receive a link or a follow up email that states how this virtual tour will take place. On 12/22/2020 I had a virtual tour scheduled for 10am. No link received. At 10:05 I began attempting to call, no one answered. I gave up around 10:30. In the midst of all of this (from beginning of my apartment up about 1 week ago up until now), I have called the leasing office several times no one answers the phone. On 12/23

Edited review. I like my apartment which is the most important feature. Unfortunately the front office and maintenance team are incredibly lame. For the price you can do much better in this neighborhood. The front office rarely answers the phone and they NEVER return a call. All maintenance requests go under review before they respond if your lucky. Primarily they just close out the ticket leaving it unaddressed. The maintenance guys are horribly inadequate. People throw their trash out of their cars constantly which never gets picked up. Long story short...keep looking.

Unresponsive as hell and I’m tired. Whether an epidemic is going on or not, the LEAST they could do is return and email. Also, I’ve given up calling. They never answer the phone anyway.

Great location for living and shopping. About a 10 minute drive to the University area, 15 minute drive to North Lake Mall and it takes me about 15 to 20 minutes to get to work.

I haven’t lived here for a full month and I already regret it. My mother and I just moved in during the first week of August. Prior to signing the lease, my mother informed the leasing agent that the dishwasher was filled with water which obviously means that it doesn’t drain properly. The leasing agent assured us that it would be fixed before we moved in. During the showing, we also noticed large holes in a few window screens & one window didn’t have a screen at all. Once again, we were promised that the issue would be resolved before moving in.

I love this property and this staff! They are so helpful and quick to respond to any issues that I have had with my apartment! I especially love how close it is to UNCC and all the amenities it has to offer. This is a nice, small community with really great prices! I will stay here for a long, long time!

Terrible service. If you have a great patience than you can stay here. I have visited office so many times during this month regarding 4 work orders. One work order is repeated 5 times. But result is big zero. There is a big leakage from someone's gutter or sewage since last 30 days and it's water passing through all the apartments and reached up… to mailbox. It's a matter of health issue too because of absolutely dirty water. I don't know who will call the concern person and when will they start work. I was thinking about renewing the lease but now I have decided to leave as soon as my

I wouldn't recommend anyone living here! Within a year someone was shot at the entrance, my truck was broken into, the residence are miserable, and 16 shots were fired at a car right outside my window. Maintained staff is awesome tho.

My husband Just went in the office to pay the rent and the young Lady was very rude and insisted that my husband didn't do what was required in the lease..even though he showed her the email correspondence between the two of them. The gates never work and when they do nobody ever has a key to get in. I had a car come at me head on trying to come… in the out gate. REALLY! When I told the front office she told me there was nothing she could do because she didn't see it... This is CRAZY My concern is this... You don't ever know what people are going through. Everyone's circumstances change

I had worse scenario while I opted for this apartment. I.I went to have a 1 BHK apartment with all my formalities was over.on the first day,they have taken two money orders one for holding the apartment i.e. 100$ and other for application fees i.e 50$ and asked for another 25$ for my wife to bring on the next day with my wife passport. I brought… the next money order on the next day and they said we are ok to move in within 3 days. But after some day ,I followed a lot and asked for move in and they were not confirming me and asked for my SSN . I also brought that but they at last cancelled

Stay away from this apartment complex. I have been here 2 1/2 year and things have just continued to go downhill. Office staff are rude and inconsiderate and really don't care about their residents. Took me six visits to the leasing office in November 2013 to renew my lease. On the first trip, I went in to negotiate my lease price and Jackie rudely… pointed to a binder and told me this is the Bible, we cannot change lease prices. I asked her to call her corporate office and she refused. She would only send an email to corporate requiring that I wait several days to make a decision. I left
