I’ve been a client of Jason’s for almost 3 years. That alone should speak volumes. When I met Jason, I explained what I hoped to achieve and he listened. I had been feeling every bit my age but knew I wanted an active retirement. I’m now able to do anything I want to do. I have been coming for 3 years. My goal is to show up and do the best I can each time. I love the muscles I have acquired and the endurance increase. The Summit Fitness facility is always spotlessly clean, nicely air conditioned and plays music to fit all tastes.
Jason's workouts appear to be specifically tailored to each client's abilities and goals. For me, Jason created a high energy, fast paced, mostly cardio and some strength training program. He listened when I said that I like variety and get bored quickly with repetitive workouts. After over two years, I can tell you that Jason works hard to give me a complete workout without repeating

I am not a personal trainer type of person. In previous years I get on a treadmill in the privacy of my home and do the best I can. As the years go by (hmmm hmmm) this just isn't working anymore. I have been going to 30 minute workouts with Jason since June. In four months I have lost 44 lbs. His weekly emails sharing food tips, his upbeat persona the second you walk through the front door, his knowledge of circuit training and ability to push you without screaming at you....JASON IS A RARITY and I am lucky to have found such a great trainer in my small town. Jason is great! He is not just a trainer for your body but for your life! Very knowledgeable and just a great guy! Worth the money. I told my self, I am going to let this guy get me in shape and just go to another gym... I don't think so! he pushes me harder then I would push myself and I walk out everyday feeling great. I finally got my life back, thanks Jason!

I love this place. I am not young anymore and I didn't think I could do it. Jason is awesome!! He pushes you without being forceful like some trainers. He is always encouraging and up beat and truly concerned about your well being. I would recommend anyone to go, no matter your age or ability. What a blessing this has been to me!!!
