Daniela's Flower Shop II

I chose Daniela's Flower Shop to deliver flowers to a dear friend's husband who had a hip replacement and was in the hospital in NYC. They were received by the security office, and somehow never made it to the patient.
Not at all the fault of the florist, but I did advise them not to be careful in sending flowers there in the future, as it would have been a safer bet to send them to the house instead. Hospitals have enough going on these days, they don't need this additional burden, so I took it as a learning experience.

I'm writing this review for a purpose and in hopes that a particular customer who was in while I was shopping reads this. This gentleman was the most rudest customer ever not only to the young lady taking care of two patrons and also helping her colleague get out of the situation with this horrible customer over he NOT SPENDING MORE THAN $10.00, first he came in abruptly and cut in front of another customer, second he was all over the place with his approach and not clear and very insulting, aggressive and just not pleasant, BUT attention owner: your staff was very professional as always and the

Awful! Cancelled my order without an explanation on the day of the delivery and I was stuck with no flowers delivered for a very special occassion! Customer service was super rude and said had no idea why it was cancelled and could not help any further!

This store is amazing, the girls there are so nice and work together very well, denise and stephanie thank you for making my experience so nice, big difference form your other location, character, personality and respect are big things to never forget!! I sent my wife a bouquet from this flower shop for her birthday last year, and she loved it. I sent them a bouquet, and they delivered it flawlessly. They also requested that I combine it with chocolate. Their florists were incredible and creative. This wedding planner smells amazing by.

They have everything from what you’d almost nearly consider a tree to the tiniest of potted flowering plants.
The staff were very nice when I was there and helpful when I had a question.
It’s a bit pricey—but you’re paying for the convenience, quality plants/flowers and have to remember smaller businesses can’t offer “Home Depot” pricing.
I really didn’t see a single thing here I wouldn’t have loved to take home!

The flowers from this shop are top notch! I bought these flowers on April 23rd for my mother birthday and this picture was taken in May 9th for Mother's Day. Forget any delivery service and get your flowers from here!!! I felt bad throwing them away on Mother's Day for the new flowers also from Daniela's

Sweet little place in my neighborhood lovely flowers and staff I purchased some lilies for myself when I was feeling down and they lasted me so long such a beautiful smell an arrangement

I love the folks here and have almost always been so happy with my purchases. The ponytail palm I bought from them when I moved into my new apartment 4.5 years ago is doing well. Last year I bought a lot of my window box plants from them and they did beautifully all summer. I will say that the prices sometimes do feel a bit steep, particularly for the cut flowers. That said, the fresh sunflowers I buy whenever I can give me a lot of joy and I never regret paying! Hope this place continues to thrive.

Wow! What a fantastic florist. Excellent service! I ordered flowers from London for a friend who lives in the Bronx. The flowers were delivered on Easter Sunday at the perfect time ! I happened to be on Zoom with this friend when she received the flowers. It was beautifully presented. Thank you. This is a really inexpensive flower shop in our town! I thanked your workers for bringing me sunflowers that were pretty and new. My boyfriend was so pleased when she got the gift from me. I couldn't have given my friend an exquisite bouquet without your workers. Five stars, boys, for you! It's highly recommended to everyone!

Beautiful and fresh flowers perfectly arranged and presented delivered promptly and professionally. What a great find!

Awful. The arrangement was sloopy LIKE A BIG BLOB.. you can tell it was made in a rush, the flowers were NOT fresh. Most flowers were missing leaves and discolored and they were uneven.. one side had more white flowers than the other. Anyways, I took it upon myself to call the business explaining the situation and they really didnt say much just "OK". (Worst customer service) I was so dissapointed because it was a thoughtful gift and then it became a problem because I knew how expensive it was and the shop didn't deliever what they were advertising. When we moved into the neighborhood we were in search of some nice house plants, we got all of what we needed from Daniella's on 151st and Broadway. Amazing selection and super helpful and nice staff. Every single plant we bought from them is thriving.

Flower Shop had many different selections. Staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. I recommend using them if you live in the area or if youd like a delivery to a friend or family in the neighborhood. Its best to work with a local shop instead of a 1800 Flowers because the 1800 Flowers folks or just a middle man who charge extra when you could of worked directly with a friendly efficient quality store like Daniela's Flowers II.

Great plant selection with very reasonable pricing. Got a beautiful, healthy Christmas cactus, two medium-sized succulents and a medium sized fern for just over $50. They had a great selection of little succulents and other small plants for $6 that I only resisted because I don't have the pots for them yet ;) There was also a lovely variety of bouquets on display for $6. The guys working were warm and helpful. Will be back soon to satisfy my houseplant addiction!

All locations are really great for getting great quality plants, and flowers this is by far the best it's huge in there has so much space and so many different products you can purchase for gifts, and arrangements Leo gave excellent customer service he will work with your budget.

A lovely spot with very helpful and friendly staff. I bought gorgeous cherry blossom twigs and was thrilled how they bloomed and long they lasted. Very reasonable prices too! I'll definitely be back.

Currently the florist is not putting prices on their plants and flowers (succulents were the only items that had prices).

Not much fun shopping when you have to ask for the pricing of every item.

I can only speak to the condition of their product which seems ok.
