Can I lease online? Leasing online is easy. Simply complete the online application, or contact us to request a paper copy. Probably the worst place you could choose to lay your head. They barely clean the units before moving people in. All types of bugs and very unsafe. It’s gotten shot up more than 2x while I was living there. They have no cameras on the property outside of at the mailbox (??) so if anything does happen in the complex they are no help. To top it off the leasing agents are extremely unprofessional. If you want to have a good/decent living experience dwell tenn is not where it’s at.

The WORSE play to live in Tallahassee! Don’t be fooled by pictures or cheap prices. My apartment didn’t have any blinds first moving in. Roaches in the cabinets, mold in the bathrooms, closet door was broke, had to replace my refrigerator!!! Property manger ignore emails about your problems but she won’t hesitate to call when you late on rent. Do not lease here. I’m glad I was able to sublease

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LEASE HERE!!! Don’t pay attention to the good reviews because they are either really lucky or fake. From start to finish this place was absolutely trash. For 1 I lived in a 4 bedroom apartment with all girls and maintenance would CONSTANTLY let themselves into our apartment several times while me and or my roommates were showering. My boyfriend also lives in a Unit that had black mold in his ceiling and he asked several times for it to be fixed and yet, it NEVER was, which is completely unsanitary and unsafe. They will show you a model and it will look NOTHING like

I saw a story similar to mine that motivated me to post. I had plans to move to Tallahassee for graduate school @FAMU and was planning to stay with a few classmates here. I signed my end of the Dwell Tenn lease for an Aug. 19th move in and was notified through several emails I would be able to move in and that there was a room reserved. I was given not even a 24hr notice before I received an email from Dwell Tenn stating that I was waitlisted from the apartment complex that I already signed a lease with. This left me in Tally with no where to stay for multiple days before the school year started

I love the employees at the places I am renting with but the higher ups, specifically LAURA KEELEY are highly unprofessional and take advantage of college students. I was supposed to move on August 19th, 2021. This women has refused to sign both my fiancé and my lease, even though we were both approved. Because of her my move in date was pushed back to the 1st of Sept. and then the 3rd of Sept. She isn’t even stationed at this location, she is just a fill in at the moment and she is refusing to do her job. We have been assigned a room and it had be renovated and cleaned, but because of LAURA

I’ve been a resident of Tenn Street at Tallahassee for 3 years, only due to the fact that I didn’t want to move my boxes three floors down until I graduated. However there are a list of concerns that have been acknowledged by the office without any change being done. Their office manager, Felicia, is one of the most useless and ignorant manager to ever work in Tenn Street at Tallahassee, and I lived here to see 4 different office managers come and go. I had the pleasure of touring these apartments with my youngest sister as she will begin college in the summer. Many of her friends already live here, but after touring with Ahtiana, we were completely sold. She was absolutely amazing and made our experience absolutely phenomenal. She patiently answered all of our questions and made each and every step of the application process enjoyable. We can't wait to move in!

Everything about the layout of the complex is great EXCEPT for the fact that literally everything has been broken since my roommates and I moved into this apartment. The unit was completely disgusting when we moved in and we weren't allowed to move in early because they were "cleaning it", our fire alarms have been going off randomly for 6 months now to the point where maintenance took them down and never put them back up, our AC unit has been broken for about a month, drainshave been constantly clogged, there is a leak in our roof and we were told it was handled when it actually wasn't because

If I could give this Place 0 stars I would !!! This staff at this establishment is so unprofessional! The AC in our unit hasn’t been working for the past two months and the staff has been negligent in assisting the problem. Being that we are in unfortunate circumstances, it is disheartening to know that they are not accommodating to our requests. If they aren’t willing to fix something as little AC, I can only imagine how they would respond to something even serious! STAY AWAY!!!
