Set an appointment a day before only to get rescheduled when I arrived at the appointment time because I don’t have a physical ID which they did not tell me during the call and the manager is not there to explain the things I need to know. Lady at the front desk does not know most of the things I was asking. Worst experience so far by basically wasting my time going there and getting nothing.

Current resistant at Rio cancion have maintenance issues with apartment since I moved in. Over priced nothing is updated. Staff lives on site, but yet nothing gets fixed till there months later, if lucky . That's includes maintenance and lady's in office . Staff is always on their social media , never taking there job serious . They drive around as if they're dealing with a priority then nevertheless to be seen. Office staff lady's seem overwhelmed.

We've been here about six months now, and I regret ever moving here. Cars are broken into frequently, things are stolen, and the office doesn't care whatsoever. Multiple neighbors of mine have had issues to with their cars that have cost money, and the office blows it off like "it can happen anywhere you live." Well not when you pay extreme prices for "luxury apartments.

Roaches are so bad they never killed them they said they sprayed but whatever they did spray must have been water. They also up my rent from $905 to $1200 this place is not a good place to live. This one bedroom is

This is our second year renting here for the winter. Our 2 bedroom is adequate for us. Our parking is right under our apartment which is nice. They need to be a little more strict on the dog policy. They allow aggressive dogs. Some of the tenants are not responsible and allow their dogs to bark aggressively when you walk past their apartment patio. We had a bike stolen but then added a garage for $100 a month, problem solved. The location is excellent. Great part of town and on the River walk. You can walk to many great restaurants and shops. River road is very hard to get out on

The three times we had issued with our apartments the office sent maintenance team either on the same day or within 2 days depending on when we put in the request(affected by Christmas) which we understand. Overall a great location, just hard to make a left turn during rush hours. Due to how old the neighborhood is the water is shut off once every two months I think but they always give you a notice 2 days ahead which is nice. One annoying thing is visitors don't have a key card to enter the gate so they will block the gate until someone opens it. Kind of salty about how our rent was the same

I've lived here for a full year now and this is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The management is incredibly nice and always fixes and maintenance requests same day. The grounds are always clean and well maintained. So many amenities too! You can't beat the location. Highly recommend to everyone!

This has been a great experience and I’m so glad I chose to rent here. The office staff has been so helpful since the day of the tour to the change of dates of my move in to the maintenance staff addressing any home improvements or work orders I’ve submitted. They are all so patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Customer service is hard to come across now a days- even more so now with what’s going on In the world. As of now we have been here a year and absolutely love it. Just signed for another year! I saw many people saying that the office doesn’t help when a problem arises and I can honestly say my experiences have been the complete opposite. We had our dishwasher not draining and they had someone out to fix it within the hour. When our AC wasn’t cooling as well as it previously had, they sent someone over immediately to top us off on Freon. The location is perfect and all of our neighbors are really sweet. I highly recommend Rio Cancion!

I have been living here for a year and recently transferred from a one bedroom to a two bedroom apartment. When I moved out, they only gave me $17 of the $150 refundable deposit which was extremely frustrating given that my apartment was in pristine condition when I left it. They say they use it for carpet cleaning and general cleaning costs, but then they shouldn't advertise it as a "fully refundable deposit" when they have no intention on giving you back any of your money. This was also frustrating given that you already pay a $200 non-refundable fee. I also had a lot of trouble with the doors

I lived here for a bit more than 3 years until I moved to my own house. The front office staff was really helpful and friendly. The management and maintenance crew always came through. Work orders can be submitted online, which is very convenient, and would be done in a reasonable time. I recommended it to my coworkers and now a handful of them and new employees all live there. My favorite part is that the community is all 1 or 2 bedrooms, mostly everyone that lives there are young professionals or of the sorts.

Would not recommend these apartments. The management team will act nice, but in reality they don't do anything to help.
The actual apartment floor plans are nice, but the management team are not helpful at all. I've had times where I call multiple times to get the same issue fixed, and they do not go and take care of it, or follow up to check if it's taken care of. When they finally did fix the various issues, they'd leave the floor dirty with residue from drilling, or leave the appliances unscrewed, with the screws left on the counter.

If i could give 0 stars, i would. management is very scrambled. lived here since May, have had SEVERAL issues where we have had to call the office for help. file complaints. car breaks in. random people walking around. it's a gated community that didn't have a working gate for 3 months. water is shut off from 9-5 at least once a month. floorplans are nice, but also gross and not cleaned very well. lots of flooring problems, front door has a large gap between the door and the floor. cub-bards are all crooked. maintenance crew is the only very positive thing about this entire complex. 10

I do not recommend living at this place at all. Everyone that works in the office is very nice but they do not get anything done. They don't handle any requests, they simply smile and say they will, except they don't. Example, two of my neighbors would leave their trash out every single day. We do NOT have valet trash and this is a violation of the lease. The trash would sit there for literally weeks at a time and the leasing office did nothing about it. Absolutely disgusting. It was as if I was living in a trash motel.

Absolutely LOATHE this place! Do not get an apartment here! They claim to be "luxury," yet most appliances do not work well, and the cabinets in kitchen/bathroom are laughable. They fight with you over key card issues, and have had multiple car break ins in their "garages," which is just a fancy word they use to describe their hideously covered parking. I've had neighbors park in my spot on multiple occasions, and the front desk does NOTHING! My upstairs neighbors smoke a substance that stinks up my whole apartment, and when I've complained, no one does anything about

The apartment is good and service is fine. We requested them to fix a couple of things and they did it with in the first two weeks. It is a really nice place to live, except for one thing, our upstairs neighbors are REALLY noisy, we have been living here for about a month and a half and they wake us up 5 of 7 days a week, always about 2-3am, we hear like they drop things and walk heavily aside from the banging, running and laughing, its like noon for them it is really ANNOYING, especially when you have to wake up at 5am to start off your day. Floorplans are nice and complex looks well-maintained. A bit on the pricier end for Tucson, but the location is convenient (backs up to Riverwalk, short drive to grocery stores, any other major Tucson destination).
One complaint is that management does not seem responsive to fixing broken gym equipment. There's a treadmill that's been out of order for over a month and no word on when it will be repaired or replaced.
